anyone have an idea how to get it to match your regular computer sensitivity? it feels so weird in game. I've been fiddling around with it, and I can't quite get it right
One thing you could do is have your resolution of sc2 to match your desktop resolution, Worked for me. But then again sc2 has their own custom mouse settings so i'm not sure, worth a try though. Or you could try setting it at the default and then doing the resolution "trick".

If you have mouse accel off, you could simply just move your mouse a certain distance on your desktop, observe how far it goes, then try to replicate that again in sc2, adjusting the sc2 sensitivity if needed. You can even disable acceleration just for this and then re-apply it later.

My G500 lets you automatically change mouse settings when you start an application. I'm not sure if most mouses use that or if that still works with using windowed mode and tabbing, but otherwise you could just have a specific setting for that.

When in doubt with mouse settings i always use ruler to mesure screen left to right distance on mousepad, and i keep it roughly the same with desktop, SC, SC2B and other games, they all run at diffrent resolutions and apply diffrent forced sensitivity settings, but nothing can skew raw ruler data
I have a G5 that can set low medium or high sensitivity from the mouse itself, and it doesnt change when i open sc2
Im having trouble getting my mouse set up the way i want it too
I`m not sure how the mouse sensitivity bar works. But I think the optimum would be to have it completed independent from all other mouse setting from windows or any drivers. This way you would be able to log onto BattleNet on your friends computer and have the same mouse sensitivity like at your home computer. Given that you brought your mouse with you

100% in SC2 feels about the same as in windows for me
I don't think you can get it to auto-match. My best guess would be to start SC2 windows mode and just compare it to your desktop cursor speed while adjusting accordingly.
For me it feels like sc2 forces acceleration, but i really dont know ^^
The default value (50%) matches my mouse speed exactly with matching resolutions. I suspect this to be intentional (if it's not, disregard the rest of my post :p) so it should be the same for you. If you don't run it on the same resolution you'll have to get used to a slightly different speed. I know I had to for every game I tried that didn't support my native resolution and even though my mouse allows me scale mouse speed on-the-fly with great precision I could never get it quite right either.
default value i'm sure matches your computer's sensitivity. or at least that's what i thought. using razr deathadder and my windows sensitivity is 6.
What mouse and keyboard you use? I'll do some research but some programs let you "use same sensitivity settings in game." My old wireless set did that and it wasn't even a gaming set. But I had to get rid of it because well...I hate wireless. haha
I use pretty much the same settings as desktop. And since the resolution in the game is smaller, it's a bit faster right.
So what I did is measuring how far mouse goes on mouse pad while moved from side to side of screen in windows. With acceleration turned off ofcourse. Then tryed to get exact same distance in game by adjusting % in options.
For example for me default 6 bar sens on 1200 DPI in windows seems to be equal to 24% @ 3200 DPI in game.
BTW. What numbers are you using day[9]? :D
