But about your rep, just report it and game gets turned around and if he recieves another complaint he'll get banned. Its only 75 points.

You'll find a lot of really low APM Protoss players in the C-ranks, but a 110 APM Terran (or Zerg)with no hotkeys dont seem to cut it. I've have seen a few high level Zergs and Terrans with low apm, actually. But your point still stands, there are obviously many more Protoss players who are able to acheive this. I understand their complaints, my point is that apm is not the only measure of skill. I won't take this any further, it's a dumb arguement and I'm actually sorry I got into it again now.

You don't even use 1a2a3a cause you don't hotkey at all! Nah, you get C/C+ consistently cause you use really smart tricky builds but don't get much farther because you're slow. Definitely report this. Even if it's a glitch - which seems odd - you should get your points back for it.

It would be a real time clicking game and I would not play it because it would be a dull, button-mash fest that relied on nothing but mechanics and memorization of patterns and cycles. It would be DDR in space. Please get over your smug sense of superiority. Edit: Yeah, I know this has been rehashed 4000 times, but I can't help myself when I see stupid shit. I have much higher apm than 110 and I have yet to break D+. I find it incredibly insulting that some people aren't content to regard Protoss players as their peers because of the natural human instinct to pick apart some aspect of any group as being somehow inferior to set an inclusionary standard. On topic, I played an iccup game (both of us with anti-hack on) where my opponent's dragoons just outside my natural started firing on a pylon i just warped in at the edge of my cliff. He didn't have any obs around. Could this be anything other than successfully getting around the antihack? god if you only knew how closely that mirrored the early sc2 forum posts by bnet forumers

No, sometimes if something is on the very edge of a cliff you can somehow see it, I've been able to see pylons before and I don't hack

It's funky and happens in certain areas of certain maps.

They are stating in that article that Starcraft's mechanics are a detriment to strategy. I am saying that Starcraft is a perfect game which IS NOT defined only by mechanics. Boiled down, we are actually argueing near-opposite points.

The strange thing is, a few weeks ago I got a hackreport where supposedly large parts of the base unpowered. Sadly no replay available of that one -_-

It may be easier for Protoss to just attack move their armies and get "okay" results, but it's possible to play any race with a (relatively) low apm style at non-progamer levels.
