Also, the SE buttons/stick are a step up from those on the Hori EX2 and such that are somewhat similar in price range (once the stick washer issue is resolved), it seems. There's no problem with the general layout, design, and features, which are pretty nice touches. A grade of poo on manufacturing and quality control, yes.

If so, pretty simply game :\ Each character has 6 crouching normals, 6 standing normals, 6 jumping normals, 2 throws, 4 versions of every special move, usually a command normal or two, a focus attack, a super, and an ultra. For Ryu that comes out to something like 40 attacks. How many moves do you want >.> If you go in trial mode it will teach you some good, basic combos to do for every character ^^ (most characters can do something like jump in HP -> standing HP -> HP Shoryuken or another special move)

also im an idiot. can someone explain to me how the ultra/super bars get charged? also, sometimes i (accidently) start an upercut then it goes to the super. not sure wat is going on also, sometimes wen i do an upercut or a haduken it does a little punch first and turns into a combo but i have no idea wat i am doing? Lots of subtle things that I don't really understand how it works =[

the green bar thats farther out is the revenge or ultra bar. that fills up when u FA moves, use certain ex moves and get hit once, and also take damage. the bigger blue bar is the super bar that fills up when u whiff specials and deal damage. on the uppercut instead of super its cuz u either arent fast enough doing the dbl FBM (fireball motion) or your not doing it fully. play around in training mode combos u should check out shoryuken.com they have a sf4 section with all the characters set up in nice sections I Wish You Good Luck!!

So it's like if I can get a SE and just mod the stick and buttons im down with that HRAP EX? But yeah I understand. That thing might be sold out all over just like the game itself.

Lots of subtle things that I don't really understand how it works =[ You seem to have discovered something known as "buffering". Buffering basically means you simplify normal attack notation by combining inputs with simultaneous motions. Your face probably looks like this after reading that: o.O Lets take Ryu as an example. The normal input for a light hadouken is d, df, f + lp. You can link into a hadouken by using a c.lp.(crouching light punch) So, on paper, it would look like: d + lp , d, df, f + lp. Use of buffering simplifies this to: d + lp, df, f + lp. This makes it so you don't have to hit down + light punch, and then do the hadouken motion. It makes it into a single motion. 2 hit combo! Buffering can be used for all sorts of things, including super cancels. That's why you did a super after an (accidental) shoryuken. Some resources for you: Notation guide SRK's SF4 forum. Combos and strategies for every character can be found here
