So I decided to start this crap over and get a new lifestyle... I realized I spend too much damn time on the computer and hang out with weirdo friends o_O
So to make up for the lack of exercise (I was a former hardcore soccer player) I've decided to start out with some work out sessions.
The problem is, I've never worked out before and if I did it was something that wasn't consistent and I really never gained any muscle XD
Besides, this is my 3rd year in college (2 more to go! Software Engineering!), lost my gf a while ago and I need to hook up with someone to help me get out of home!
Alright, the purpose of this blog is to help gather some information on work out routines that don't really need to include machines as I don't got the money yet XD and that isn't something that UFC players can't do because it's too difficult! Remember I currently am computer nerd
I was thinking of doing (daily):
5 sets of 20 push ups 1 set of 100 abs 5 sets of 20 pull ups
And my list ends there XD
I suck at this, I need some help from experienced people here

Continue being a computer nerd just dress well, chicks digg it.

you're going from nothing to that
this is destined to fail, start out simple
and getting out of the house is as simple as attending parties, you're in college so what's the problem, if you still have too much spare time get a parttime job

BEST BEST BEST BEST advice I can give you is:
* Get a friend in real life that is passionate about working out and likes helping others and go for him for help and ask him the same stuff you asked us, because he will know and he d be ableto see your progress ... you ll get more motivated seeing his nice body and him working out and you ll keep doing it harder and harder... or a group of guys working out..
Ive tried it by myself, can't do it
Exactly... start with what you can do now only.. and work out till your arm shakes and gives up and cant go no more... in about 2 weeks you should be able to be doing like 300 push ups in a night.. like sets of 50 or so.. or maybe more like 200 actuallly 4 sets of 50

I have been working out for several years now, the things you have listed are quite unrealistic for a beginner.. You might be able to do 20 push ups but you have to watch you form; 1 set of 100 sit ups straight is not possible even for advanced people. Not to mention 5 sets of 20 pull ups... From what I have gone through, I started off doing 2 sets of 10 pulls ups, after like 3 years, I can do 50 easy in 1 set, plus I can do 5 reps of weighted pull ups with 2x45 plates.
It is best you start slow and start low, work you way up, set realistic goals. Training takes months and years to see good results(if you are committed and do it on a regular basis with good work ethic). Eventually you will have to move onto weights, you don't get enough stimulation from body weight work outs.

5 sets of 20 of real pull ups is quite hard :O

Yea, you need to be cautious, don't try really long sets and you have to "warm up" or you will get injured. I tried to beat my pull ups record lately and now my right elbow is somewhat fucked (tendinitis) If you practise sports like tennis or badminton it can be even worse. ( I play badminton and this is really annoying ).
