Anyone excited about TI eleven? I kinda am and will most likely watch the playoffs. Not so sure about group stage. Pudge at TI hype. I really wanna see the kick and rush meta with Pudge, primal beast and earth spirit as pos 2,3,4 mixed in with a witch doctor or the like with a backup Medusa, spectre or terrorblyat. I hope SEA has good Pudge players.

I hope SEA has good Pudge players. I'm looking forward to TI! The LCQ should be cool also with a little mini lan before TI. I think that the break for the finals will be interesting also - I'm interested to see if there will be new strats developed in that period and all the teams will be able to get the TI meta down in that week. Only thing that's gonna suck is the timezone - bring back TI in Vancouver plz

To clarify: they’re providing some additional context to existing true sights

Also: - Spirit's coach gives some kind of a pre-game speech, that was awesome - astonishing how much it depended on the draft, which team was getting what they wanted - LGD's gotta win one of these things eventually, right?

Overall the TI10 true sight was OK, although I think I preferred the 30-60 min true sights better. The in-game stuff is less interesting than the in-between and story lines imo and probably could have been edited out. Definitely not as good without fans there so it could just be that.

- Sinquefield Cup recruits Hans Niemann at the last minute to replace a player who can't make it. - Hans Niemann has previously been caught cheating in online chess. How recently did he cheat and how much did he cheat is not completely clear. He has never been caught cheating in OTB (over-the-board) chess. - Hans Niemann, playing the black pieces, beats the world champion Magnus Carlsen, in an incredible upset. - The next day Magnus Carlsen withdraws from the tournament making a cryptic twitter post. - Various streamers including Hikaru Nakamura suggest that Magnus Carlson believes Niemann cheated against him. Some streamers join in the accusations. Some streamers defend Niemann saying there is no proof and that Magnus just didn't play so well. - The internet does what the internet does and runs wild with rumours, including a joke allegation that Niemann used vibrating anal beads to tell him what moves to make. The vibrating anal beads story goes mainstream with night talk shows like Stephen Colbert's talking about it. - Meanwhile, Niemann does an interview where he admits to previous cheating in online tournaments (which was well known) but seems to downplay it, claiming it was a long time ago and only a minimal amount and never for anything significant. - Chess.com, the world's biggest chess website, who has previously banned Niemann for cheating, puts out a statement which suggests that Niemann cheated more than he publicly admitted to. - A week later, Magnus Carlsen is due to play Hans Niemann again at another tournament, which everyone has been looking forward to as a rematch. - Instead, Magnus cockblocks the world and resigns on move 2, making it clear he refuses to play Niemann. - Now people start accusing Magnus of being a bully, using his status to effectively 'cancel' Niemann when he has yet to show any proof of Niemann actually cheating. - Finally today Magnus posts a statement, stating that he believes cheating is a big deal, even if it is only online. - He wants to say more but apparently is limited for legal reasons.
