This build is good for Platinum league and above, all the way to pro-level ( lower leagues can try as well, the build is not too difficult and practicing efficient builds is a good way to improve).
This build focuses on mass production of units, and very early bio upgrades (stim and combat shields). It gives the Terran a very powerful early timing, with the potential to outright kill an unprepared opponent. However, the lack of Factory and Starport mean holding early all-ins is harder, and the engineering bay is very important for detection and dealing with air units (this is why we make a blind turret).
To execute this build at the highest level, you can notice uThermal pulls 2 workers off of gas. This optimizes the gas and mineral saturation and makes the build flow a bit faster
