Speed of response does not indicate seriousness, it indicates when I hit refresh. As I mentioned that you edit your posts instead of just waiting to post is your issue. People hate Skip because he is hateful, and some angry people love him for it. I don't take him seriously at all, I don't ever listen to him.
Just like when it comes to the NBA you make wild assumptions and treat them as fact. If you instead stuck to what was actually happening or what was actually in the posts people could have actual conversations with you. You would probably enjoy it more.
PG was a MONSTER last night. I doubt he can do it three times in a row. Without Kawhi (and no Zubac) it is just not a great roster, but the playoff PG meme's are going to have to go away for a while. He impacted both ends at a elite level.

Almost every season of survivor is a bad season. All the ugly chicks always vote out the hot chicks. Even my fiance recognizes my "hot chick theory" as true at this point and she is resistant to internal-female conflict theories.
Basically every ankle injury in history is a bad landing of some kind, many knee injuries, some back injuries, this is not some new discovery. Giant heavy people jumping really high is dangerous.
Canada covered there first big challenge for qualifying to the Olympics. Wiggins was awesome, Barrett came on strong in the second half, Dort was great defending and Powell did enough down low. Qualification looks promising right now as Greece is the hardest team in the group.
man ... Booker is taking such a chance not wearing a mask. he is going to have one of those staircase noses hockey enforcers used to have.

ya, i made that point during the Embiid bad landing discussion with a past user. The discussion ended when Embiid stated explicitly that he was working on his landing mechanics. Up to that point the past user insisted Embiid's landing mechanics were a non-issue. I'm not sure if he was trolling or not.
any how , i find kinesiology a fascinating topic to study.

That you don't know there I'd a difference between "landing mechanics" and a bad landing is strange. And God are you passive aggressive.
I'll break it down for you so its more simple : poor landing mechanics mechanics like embiid's result in bad landings.
Dr. Sutterer pointed out how BS the "we need more imaging" line was from the Clippers a few weeks ago. Today, he provides a deep dive into what is being rumoured about the Giannis injury.
my math teacher used to say "don't believe anything you hear and only half of what you see"

Or planting your foot behind you while getting ready to sprint and accidentally stepping on a referee's foot in the process. This season seems to just have some weird stuff in addition to the fatigue injuries.

Totally, anything can happen and will happen when people have trained their body's to the absolute limit. Which with less rest is going to happen even more. There is only so much force a joint, ligament,, muscle, whatever can withstand. If landing mechanics was a thing (and I wish it was less injuries would be great) you would be able to pick out the people who had poor ones and either correct it or at least predict future injuries. A guy able to do that would be worth millions upon millions for a NBA teams and wouldn't be making click baity you-tube videos AFTER people got hurt.
i think there is probably is a good/preferred form for everything (walking, jumping, running etc). when i went trampoline jumping for the first time as a kid, they would tell you not to land with a straight leg, keep it bent. but in basketball, you dont land the same way every time due to different reasons, so while i believe there probably is a good/better way to land after jumping in general, you wont be able to do it consistently in a basketball game.

Landing mechanics are 100% a thing...
It's the practical application mid-game where the difficulties arise. These guys are not going to give up points in a close game just to avoid landing in a way that has a x% higher chance of leading to a chronic injury, 5 years from now.
Most injuries caused by mechanical issues arise from repetitive stress, and not one-time "Oops, I landed the wrong way!" circumstances.
