Serral recently gave an extended, 80 minute interview to ENCE's performance coach WILLFEEL. The two talked about a variety of topics like Serral's formative years as StarCraft II player, the highs and lows of his professional career, and his plans for post-SC2 life.
Some interesting takeaways: Serral considers his loss to Reynor at BlizzCon 2019 the worst loss of his career. He'd like to add a more Korean 'freestyle' element to his game, where he's not just doing predictable, optimized plays. There's probably no more progaming in his future once SC2 is finished—he's likely to move on to some other field entirely unrelated to progaming. He's still using a 1-monitor setup with a computer built in 2015.
The interview was conducted in Finnish, but the video provides English subtitles.
