Not agree at all. Also Football casting is more regional, but sc2 casting is worldwide, specially the official English cast, so a more neutral cast will be nice. Honestly the main reasons why I cheer against Serral and Reynor is because the obnoxious casters/fans bias, its just so awful.

I liked the first game. That Adept pressure into Disruptor transition build looks pretty cool.

It's ironic, however, that you don't see how much this forum is(and even more, was) biased towards korean players, especially Terran ones.

I mean, I don't think there is much doubt that Trap is currently the best or second-best (maybe Parting is sharper) protoss in the world, but the race is currently in the dumpster and reaching the finals was already an amazing feat. Everybody was expecting Reynor to thrash him with no difficulty, but Trap had some very clever builds and Reynor didn't do his homework and got solidly schooled that he shouldn't underestimate top Koreans, even if their race is currently awful. I’m a Trap fan and still thought it’d be a crushing vs those two. On the other hand when playing with HeroMarine, it was as if he was just some random Korean Protoss not a 2x GSL finalist/arguably top PvTer around. I don’t really get it, I mean it makes the match more hyped even from the foreign bias angle if they’re going toe to toe with a monster instead of some random guy. I can’t say I’ve ever minded the Serral hype too much. Overboard a few times but first we had the foreigner trying to win Blizzcon angle, then since Serral’s just been a monster the Koreans don’t like facing. I mean especially for the guys who’ve been here since BW a genuine foreign contender on that level was over a decade in the making. It is impossible to be entirely unbiased or entirely neutral in casts, and I’m not sure an entirely neutral cast is all that fun anyway. Classic’s last hurrahs (for now) kind of benefitted from the underdog throwing his final punches over ‘hey here’s two really good players’. Same with MVP’s last deep GSL run. I do find the HeroMarine love a bit much though, it’s magnitudes above what an equivalent foreigner T like Special gets

I'm more annoyed by instances of super-short caster memory, where the most recent thing that happened must be the most important thing that ever happened

Ok, but if all global points are lumped together over the whole season, it becomes impossible to see what players scored in each and every event. In addition it clearly increases the possibility of making errors in the scoring table. I hope this can be changed so that scores are shown for each and every major event as it was in the past.

Exactly. When assigning people to do stuff expect it to get done. Assigning people to do stuff and then do it yourself is lousy management.
