You absolutely must get a SERM or an equivalent for once you go off cycle, you are risking permanent injury otherwise. And caloric deficit post cycle is a recipe for shedding all of your progress.

Also, any of y'all got fitness goals for the new year/decade? :o
Personal goal in the -105class: 227.5 Squat (~501lb) 145 Bench 260 Deadlift 620 Total.
If I hit everything of the above in one competition, I am at 632.5. But that is very unlikely to happen, 9/9 competitions are rare. The biggest ask is the Bench, sitting at 120 right now. But I have been injured for nearly all of 2019. If I can train throughout the year, I should get close to 145 I believe.
Related goal: Make the 18 year old I am coaching German junior champion in the -57 class and get her above 450 Wilks (~387.5Kg total).
Holy shit, are those numbers in kg? That's incredible! You're in the 105kg class as well?
Yes, this is kg. I am glad you are impressed, but in Powerlifting there is so many People so much stronger. Gotta catch them all ;-)

That makes sense yeah, it's like legit big boys powerlifting You got this!!!
My next year goals are basically just to get stronger by going consistently without hurting myself at last...I feel you on the injury woes in 2019, just a whole bunch of different issues.
My wrist thing is also aggravated by piano-playing. I thought it'd be a gentle rehab thing while I'm home and away from the gym, but if anything it hurts my wrist more because I twist my wrist around more, vs it's stable doing my basic barbell lifts.

Is there any reason your bench is lagging behind? Lot's of room to grow there.

My max is 142.5 at 114kg. I injured myself in January and basically did not bench until October. Combined with the weight loss, there is just nothing left. Additionally, I never did much Bench Press before Powerlifting. I just have to put the work in, now that I am painfree again.
It is still tricky though, going heavy never improved my bench. I need loads of volume in the 2-6 rep range, but only with like 75-85%, which means lots of reps in reserve. At least that is when I made my best gains, and it is consistent with my Deadlift (for the DL it took me 3 years to figure this out).
I believe I am finally on to something, the next competition will show whether I am right.

If you don't know anything about PCT and you're just using tren as a shortcut around difficulties of travel to improve average numbers you probably shouldn't be on it. I mean that in the kindest way possible.

I'd like to put together a decent meet (290+), get some proper strength back (squat/DL over 220), and feel healthier lol. Didn't make it over 133/150kg for sn/cj in training despite hitting power snatch/power clean PRs at 123/141 and the only meet I peaked for I bombed out of because I had to cut 6kg. Think I only got up to 203kg for squat this year, 30kg off my PR. Had one of the best training cycles in years this summer but spring and fall have been fucking terrible so haven't made a lot of progress.

Good technique(for powerlifting) and bench with longer pauses worked best for me. (2-3 reps, 3-5 sec pause, 5-10 sets)

Best of Luck. I'll be doing a competition in december (12/05/20), as most likely a 110, and unless an injury happens I have most of the year worth of programming between now and then written out. I want to total a minimum of 635 (230/150/255) but if things go incredibly well between now and then I've got a "stretch" goal of 680 (250/160/270) - sure would be nice to put up that 400 wilks before my 30th birthday. Guess I'll just get after it and we'll see where this goes.

Standard for competitive powerlifting and for weightlifting (standalone weightlifting rather than CrossFit related WL) is in kg. So when I said 630-680 as a goal for the year that's kilos, between my squat bench and deadlift. Decaf's 290 is kilos between the snatch and CnJ. 1000lbs is more a recreational gym guy goal than anything else, so thats in lbs. If you're talking about the 1000kg club, there are exactly 101 people who have done that raw at a sanctioned meet in the entire world.

You can try and get a SERM like Clomiphene or an anti-aromatase like Arimidex or something and dose it out. Or you can just try and recover on your own. I suggested D-Aspartic Acid which you can get on Amazon. You can try some of those "natural" test boosters like tribulus terrestris or you can try some adaptogens like Ashwagandha, if you don't want to keep looking for more grey market chemicals. Just make sure that whatever you get is somewhat reputable. Some of those "natural" test boosters are spiked with oral steroids.

Also, any of y'all got fitness goals for the new year/decade? :o
Huh
Best guess is he meant to reply to Malinor, not you.
What PCT is recommended to take and how long etc? Asking this to everyone, in general. Thx
