One of the guy made a portable USB for dota and it literally took 10sec to open up the game.
I'm trying to get Starcraft 2 and CS 1.6 ( maybe more )
So my question is, does someone know how to make put a game into usb so you can play anywhere?

SC2 would not work well because you have to connect to bnet to install, which might not work through your firewall and takes a long time regardless.

You could try Diablo II as well. It runs on any computer. (:

Uh, sorry, in Brazil, USB Flash Drives are called Pen Drives. :p I don't know how to get/make it portable, but maybe you can send all the files from the CS folder and put them into the USB, so you just transfer all the files to the computer. As it is 1.6, you need to make a shortcut for hl.exe with the parameter "-game cstrike ".

Also, if I just drag all the folders to the usb, will it run without a install? How would I be able to run like cevo config and do a live on 3 thing?

Also, if I just drag all the folders to the usb, will it run without a install? After you make a shortcut for hl.exe, right click it(the shortcut), go to properties and add " -game cstrike" at the end of the Target thingy, so it'll be like "C:\Users\Hoon\Documents\hl.exe" -game cstrike You have to do it because CS is just a mod of Half Life, so you have to add this parameter in order to run CS over HL. :p

to your drive, not much else is needed. i know SC:BW needed the registry keys though, inwhich i just did a search for Starcraft in the register and exported it.

2. Copy whole Starcraft 2file from Program Files 3. Its going to be like 12 GBs, but if you delete the whole campaign file, the game will be just 5GB of memory. 4. Unplug from your comp 5. bring it to school and plug it in. 6. Open the SC2 file 7. Open Support, then open SC2 switcher 8. ??? 9. Profit from playing at school. If you open the Normal SC2 opener, it'll say that you need an admin account, but if you open SC2 switcher then you dont need it for some reason. Also, yes, SC2 DOES WORK WITHOUT CAMPAIGN FILES. you just can't play it if you delete it but you save a shitload of memory. Doing this since SC2 came out last year, so enjoy!

I have had trouble with installing one of the patches when playing without the campaign file. Other than that this works from my experience.
