To celebrate Starcraft 2 and the festive season, Alpha X is excited to announce this 16 player 7 day minimum $1,500 GSL style tournament featuring top Koreans and NA players that is largely sponsored by AfreecaTV!
Starts on Monday December 16th and runs daily for 7 days straight, ending with the playoffs on December 22nd at 7pm PST everyday! Thats a Tuesday start for folks in Korea/Asia at 12pm KST.
Players participating are as follows,
Tournament format will be Stage 1 - 4 Groups of 4 GSL style with top 2 advancing from each group Stage 2 - 2 Groups of 4 GSL style with top 2 advancing Playoffs - Bo5 Semi finals into Bo7 finals!

Today the Starcraft 2 gods and Santa schemed to play musical chairs with us and introduced new players into Group A! We had Solar, Vindicta, Cure and sOs play instead with Solar showing his class to emerge top of the group despite the disruptions.
