v - Shine vs eOnzErG in Brood War 20th Anniversary LAN comes to mind. Easy to imagine a scenario where one zerg has no buildings except a pool or a gas and mutas vs a zerg that has spores but can't mine.
v - DT vs DT where both lose mains and don't have enough to make nexus, but block ramp to another base with dt and make a pylon behind it.
I want replays too.Players of any level. I can say I've been in only 2 draws myself in over who knows how many games. Both were PvT and they were about 9 years apart.
i can only remember two that i've had. a zvz where we each just had a few lings and a sunk, and a zvp vs... i think arcology? where the map was mined out and our remaining units couldn't breaks sunkens/cannons
edit: on ladder this seems like a clear occasion to gg and type 'has left the game' and see if they leave

oh wait too busy implementing team matchmaking /s
Or custom colors in unranked games...
One of these is not like the other. Colour functionality has been in forever but there was no way to pick manually hence the new UI option. One requires a matchmaking algorithm and is something that has never existed so it takes much more work to get working and after the backlash when 1v1 came out I can imagine they're trying to get it perfect before releasing anything.

Heeeyyy ! custom colors are very nice ! i like magenta
I remember a cool game where the DT situation was happening, but one player had 3 DT:s and managed to sqeeze by the opponents blocking DT by merging two of his into a dark archon.

""Many games are won by only the bare will not to accept the situation. In this game a draw is in the air, as both are mined out and have no detection left, but a couple of Dark Templars. Textbook warps in a Pylon and blocks the ramp with one of his Dark Templars. eXeCuToR gathers three of his own DTs right below this blockade and morphs them into an Dark Archon, which is a fat unit. The morphing process screws up the AI of the hold-position DT blocking, thus giving enough space for the third waiting Dark Templar.

Yeah that's the one! God i miss the pimpest play days!
there was a period in 1998 where draws were fairly common in pvp. Everybody played the old map 'gauntlet', and everybody rushed for reaver drops. (this was pre-brood war and different resource costs, build times, and scarabs fired instantly after you dropped a reaver). So games where both players lost all probes and only had reavers remaining happened with some frequency.
Had more draws during that one ladder season than I've had for the other 21 years of bw I think. :D

That was pretty funny how they were both scratching their heads in the end, not sure what to do
If this happens on ladder do you have to leave your computer running and go to bed?
some months ago there was a game between an off-racing Future as terran and a Protoss on ladder. It was BBS vs proxy 2 gate. future killed the protoss nexus and many if not all his probes while losing his entire base minus the command center, which he floated. Eventually protoss killed the bunkers that future had made to bunker rush his nexus and we were left with a draw where Terran couldn't mine because it couldn't land the command center and protoss simply had no probes/nexus. Neither refused to leave the game so future went to sleep, woke up 8 hours later, landed the command center at a base that had no zealots and won the game vs an afk opponent. :D

Lost Temple was being played a lot back then as well, and with terrans floating a CC to the island it was not rare to have draws or stalemates there as well
I’ve had two draws, both very similar situation pvt where I went 9/9 proxy and killed all scvs but lost all my probes to a vulture and we both had no money. Had no goons, so he lifted buildings and we both went afk. Woke up to see that my internet DC’d several hours in.
There really needs to be a feature added that allows players to offer stalemate if certain conditions are met in the game.
