Also this chapter once again saddens me that OP is a manga and that manga cannot be as respected as novels in our world. Oda would deserve international recognition not just from manga/anime fans but also from literature imo. The idea, concept and execution of those smile fruits so great | ||

Why must you feel that One Piece must be acknowledged by the genre of literature, who do not recognise great authors of different genres? Besides, One Piece is not literature no matter how you spin it. It simply isn't that good. Sharkies post sounds like it is written by someone who has never a novel before. | ||

Don't get me wrong, we are all fans of One Piece, but in terms of standards of literature it is an exceedingly poor piece of written work, especially seeing that One Piece is mostly a visual medium.. | ||
