I've not played SC2 now for about 3 years. I tried to log back in to battle.net but its trying to confirm my identity and won't let me log in.
I have the following problems:
I no longer have access to my email address attached to that account
I no longer have the same phone number that was on that account
I don't have any photo ID to give them
The main issue here is that to even speak to a customer service person I have to log in, and I can't log in because I need to speak to a customer service person about fixing my account.
So I'm completely locked out, and also locked out of any avenue of communicating with Blizzard to get help.
Has anyone else had this kind of problem? Does anyone have any advice?
