So last Friday I was at the Puma store at the mall "South Coast Plaza". I had bough the wrong size shoes previously when I was in a hurry so I can back to exchange them for 12s.
There was this creepyish asian (gay?) guy eavesdropping the convo. with the teller. Then as I sat down to lace them up I noticed he was standing around and talking to the DJ there and kept lookin at me.
When I finished lacing them up I put em on and walked out (because I was in a bit of a hurry again), they did fit this time. Success! So I was walking really fast and I guess the azn dude was following me and finally caught up to me at the escalator.
Out of no where I hear, "How tall are you?" (hes behind me). I was like wtf, "Six-two". He proceeds to ask me a bunch of other questions about where I'm from, where I work, etc. On the course of the escalator. This whole conversation is taking place over my shoulder and is pretty akward. At the bottom he hands me a card and says, "Call me". I said, "Ok" even though I didn't know wtf was going on or why he wanted me to call him (Jeffrey Dahmer anyone?). His card is pretty fancy but says nothing other than "Bong Prada Lim", phone numbers and email.
I just pulled it out today and googled the name and found lots of pictures of the guy and bunch of shit mentioning him. He is apparently "Fashion Stylist and Los Angeles’ Patron of the Arts" whatever that means. So I assume he is some kind of recruiter of models or designer or something.
So Should I call the guy?
Poll: Respond? (Vote): Call him (Vote): Throw away the card (Vote): Email him (Vote): Fuck with him?

hey you might get into some $$ so why not? Might be wise to perhaps not use your house phone / cell phone though if he turns out to be shady.
I guess hope for the best prepare for the worst, and if he wants some $$ from you in advance and shit gtfo of there.

My first gf was constantly getting handed business cards. Most of the people were sleezy and illegit. Might as well give it a go. Then you can tell every girl you ever meet, "yeah I model here and there, meh"

He's probably trying to recruit you for runway modeling. It really isn't for everybody, but go for it.
