I'm nearly done with all reps on my main, and I took a 2 week vacation and let my sub expire for that and a week prior. Just gotta do those WQs man, I started off the expansion doing as many as I possibly could and as I got reps done and got better gear than what WQs drop started being more and more selective in which ones I do. Don't forgot those contracts too, can get one for Tortollan that will give you a little rep with them for every WQ you complete regardless of who it is for. Also the Weekly Bonus even, when it features WQs, is amazing for grinding rep. You could probably half ass your rep grind then just farm your heart out when that is up and get em done nearly as fast as someone grinding everyday. We've also got quite a bit of time before BFA flying is a thing, and I'd bet there will be another rep grind to do to unlock the last Pathfinder.

Wait what, you are pissed that they removed insane mobility and as a replacement you are playing Burning Crusade. This is hilarious

the modern engine no longer permits some behaviors that could be used to get out of bounds. Support for 32-bit clients has also been removed Sounds like WoW 8.0: Classic Edition. Other news about it.. i'l just quote that too. Bolded part is not being received well! "We also typically limit the time our BlizzCon attendees can play a demo, and that will be the case for BlizzCon WoW Classic Demo players at home. In order to maximize the number of people who can try out the demo, initially you’ll be logged off after playing for a certain amount of time to give somebody else a turn. We haven’t determined exactly how long this time limit will be yet" -- On October 23 2018 01:31 Mohdoo wrote: Anyone else insanely fucking behind on Tortollan rep? I'm never gonna get BFA flying. A load of their wq's give like 400 rep ea, it's not like the other factions. --- I just heard that <Honestly> (world 17, alliance 2, OCE 1) got banned for real money trading

Lucky me. re: Honestly, from what ive heard they got banned because one guy out of their ghuun boost group accepted a real money buyer wiithout the guild knowing it. Obviously there's no proof that they didnt know or that this was a one time thing or how many were involed, so blizzard banned the whole group who participated. I can believe it though, when we are boosting half the group is searching for buyers and all of us have millions of gold, it would be real easy to just accept a real money buyer and pretend he paid gold.

That's what they're saying, i don't really believe it. I don't really believe Blizzard either - people in this situation and the Blizzard guys in control of banning both lie all of the time. I've been in several groups where i've later found out that it happened, 5 and 20 man, and i've seen people that i played with get banned for it without any penalty on my account although i have a clear policy that it doesn't happen when i'm in the group. I can't speak for what happened to anyone else. Real money abuse happens all of the time and kinda destroys the game at the higher levels so i'm glad that they're at least paying some attention to it

Its fairly strange "burst" and simply awful in a pvp setting compared to past expansions. And I am sorry but barbed shot does no damage itself in every practical sense it can be considered an ability you press to give your pet a buff. Sure if you want you can say in your first 5 globals you have put up 4 "buffs' and one dot. Also, yes this number goes down by 1 if you have subpar azerite traits. I was assuming PI.

idk how these people sell for real money. i guess blizzard doesn't really care at all. it would seem dead simple for a blizzard employee to go undercover and catch them

It definitely doesn't make sense to me either, although that doesn't stop dozens of websites somehow selling countless 8/8 H clears on a daily basis. People are a mixture of rich/lazy/unskilled enough to a point where a boost is worth it to them. With that being said I can kind of understand boosts in some cases (decent 7/8 players just wanting to avoid bad pugs for their ghuun kill, mythic raiders gearing alts, etc), but I just can't ignore all the shitty reasons for people wanting boosts that could heavily ruin someones experience. edit: Also on the topic of price, I thought I heard MethodJosh say 1mill when he was streaming Method doing some boost runs. Might have misheard him tho, or maybe it's just more expensive because it's Method doing it.

Seems to be the common price for a full heroic run in Personnal Loot no special loot trading to the buyer. Got my Famed Slayer of G'huun tonight, on our reclear. Feels nice, it's a fun fight, even when you come into it without having to do much progress. Lots of personnal responsabilities and choices to make on the fly, with a very intense ending. Blizzard has been very good at making those end of raid bosses have a very Sudden Death element to them. ( KJ had the obelisks, Argus had the big aoe froms the modules, etc ) But Ghuun is more subtle, giving more and more stacks to people, it's a grinder for healers it's so fun to play.

Yeah that seems about right from what I'm gathering. 300-500k or so. Obviously it'll vary by server but yeah. I figured since I managed to find a pug group that cleared it in week 1 with average ilvl of 353, and that group had a fair number of players I wouldn't consider stellar, I thought it'd be easy to farm the heroic raid this expansion. Everyone's ilvl was quickly gonna approach 370 and beyond so our numbers were gonna be huge compared to that first clear. The mechanics were easy enough to learn in a week. We're all gonna get better at our classes, unlock more azerite traits, get more reorigination stacks, optimize strats, etc. And I've got AOTC to get into the good groups. Ezpz right? Nah, it's been hell the whole time. I'm kinda curious if I could make a group on my alt "355+ week 1 aotc required, alts welcome" if it'd actually fill. Maybe there is a niche for this. Anyway my friend is not even 8/8H on his main. He doesn't have as much time to play and we just do mythic+. So his character is not getting invited to any good pug groups.

Anyway I've been doing the H Ghuun grind for the past couple of days as well and I agree that it is REALLY hard. The vast majority of groups that I've been able to join are either just not good or near the beginning of their progression on the fight so you spend 20 pulls before the orb runners actually get all their dunks off. This is just a speculation, but I'd imagine that a lot of the games "good" players already have AOTC and the ones currently without it are the stragglers/alts/casuals. I know I'll get it this week or maybe next week so I'm not too tilted yet, but it's definitely disheartening when you join a group and after a couple of pulls you just know it's not happening. Maybe if you stick it out with them for 4-5 hours.... I think you can maximize your success atm by leading your own groups instead of relying on someone else leading, or at the very least hope that you play a class that can solo one of the orbs so you at least get 1/6th of the responsibility yourself.
