Discussing the show and past episodes is fine. Do not put things that have happened in the TV series in spoilers. However, don't spoil things from the books that may happen in future episodes. Put book spoilers in spoiler tags with a CLEAR WARNING that it is from the book.

But I suppose the show can't get any worse now. Once you hit rock bottom, there's no way to go but up. I even heard that Coral bought a house in Georgia right before they fired him. Same thing happened to Beth when she bought her house. The moral of the story is don't ever, ever move to Georgia.

Season 7 is probably the worst season so far. It had only one great episode (premiere) and tons of filler and stupid ones. It really helped I watched them in fast forward and didn't have to wait a week for each one. Season 8 was definitely an improvement. At this point you either accept the insane plot holes or you quit the show. Even then, destroying all of Sancturary's windows was hilarious. There is literally no worse storyline than the garbage people. It was obvious that they would betray Rick and there was no reason to seek their help mid siege. Of course they must show Rick's group not resorting to executions, if they are equally as bad as Saviors why are we watching the show? To see who is a better shooter? And last, how many saviors are out there? They kill and kill and still there are hundred.

There are barely any characters people care about left though.. Imo it's like Daryl and Michonne. Maggie is ok too. Then Jesus and Aaron a bit but I was already tired of the show when they were introduced so they never really grew on me. Rick dying would be big for the show but I don't really like him as a character anymore anyway. I liked Beth, Glenn and Daryl the most throughout the show. But now Daryl is getting slightly annoying too.. I also liked Carol's journey from being a domestic violence abused to a stronger character, but after that journey was finished her character has been very boring too. Negan is a cool character though, great acting too. I hate that I want to see how it ends but it seems like it won't end soon.. might just have to stop watching in the middle of it.

Example: in real life, person A has X idea while person B has Y idea. As all of you know from experience, it is VERY difficult for a person to change his view. It's difficult when discussing petty things and almost impossible if big topics like politics and morality are brought over. In TWD, one person has a point of view (i.e. I don't want to kill / I don't want to explore / I want to calm down). Then we have those scenes with another character coming up (*cough* Ezekiel), throwing 2-3 one liners with dramatic eyes and DANG. The other character changed view. IT DOESN'T WORK LIKE THAT!

- Nonsensical plot - Characters being incredibly stupid when the (nonsensical) plot requires them to be. - Zombies being slow/fast strong/weak depending on the (nonsensical) plot requirements. - Entire episodes with nothing at all happening (not even action. Just aimless wandering through a forest). - Carl - Carl - Carl - Edith - Carl - Rehashing the same story ad infinitum with no variation (at least in bad guy of the weak shows, they have a *different* bad guy every week). To be fair, I haven't watched this season past episode 3 or so. While TWD definitely has some really shitty dialog, it doesn't really rank in my top 10 of stuff that is wrong with this show (although some of the shitty dialog is both a cause and an effect of the craptastic writing, which is my main issue with the show).
