The Fox and the Grapes
One afternoon a fox was walking through the forest and spotted a bunch of grapes hanging from over a lofty branch.
“Just the thing to quench my thirst,” he thought.
Taking a few steps back, the fox jumped and just missed the hanging grapes. Again the fox took a few paces back and tried to reach them but still failed.
Finally, giving up, the fox turned up his nose and said, “They’re probably sour anyway,” and proceeded to walk away.
You cannot assume that until it happens or if there is some indication that Blizzard will mess it up.

poor wrong choice of story insinuating people have not tasted other (shitty) fruits from the same tree/plant. also true avid BW players would not care whether there is a HD BW or not, they will just continue to play and enjoy the current game (see Koreans/others on Fish ladder)
here was a village on the outskirts of a forest. A shepherd boy used to take his herd of sheep across the fields to the lawns near the forest.
One day he felt very boring. He wanted to have fun. So he cried aloud "Wolf, Wolf. The wolf is carrying away a lamb". Farmers working in the fields came running and asked, "Where is the wolf?". The boy laughed and replied "It was just a fun. Now get going all of you".
The boy played the trick for quite a number of times in the next few days.
After some days as the boy, perched up on a tree, as singing a song, there came an wolf. The boy cried loudly "Wolf, Wolf, The wolf is carrying a lamb away." There was no one to come. The boy shouted "Help! Wolf! Help!" Still no one came to his help. The villagers thought that the boy was playing mischief again.

Blizzard messed up too many times already. They are not the company that actually programmed SCBW and D2 anymore. It is save to assume that SCBW HD would have been a disaster, since BW cannot be improved IN ANY WAY. Who the fuck cares about graphics except SC2 people, who SCBW HD shouldn't cater towards in any case since they can't appreciate good gameplay above graphics.
Not sure why people continue talking about BW HD. Aside from a single rumour, there have been 0 legit sources that mentioned anything about it. It was quite likely a false rumour seeing as the originally mentioned Sept deadline passed but it still kept being brought up. Optimism is nice but rumours are rumours. Also, BW is great as is and shieldbattery fixes the main issues that most players had with BW.

BW can be improved by fixing annoyances. I mean, is units getting stuck and not moving a feature? I would say no, it's a bug and it doesn't affect most games so it's not a balance thing. It's just something that is frustrating it deal with in a game.

The units getting stuck like that is a result of the game's engine. So it is arguably a bug, yes. But is it merely an "annoyance" or fixing something that would require an overhaul of the way the game functions? Units getting stuck and not moving might not exactly be a "feature" of the game, but it's due to various factors including unit sizes, unit formations, unit movements, and unit pathfindings. I think changing that wouldn't merely be fixing an annoyance.
Compelling stories. Intense multiplayer. Endless replayability. Qualities that made StarCraft, Warcraft III, and Diablo II the titans of their day. [...] We’re restoring them to glory [...]
This was posted before and most likely also led to the blog articles; Blizzard basically already announced that they're remaking BW.
But since these job offerings aren't there for very long and still open, this really will take a while. Lets hope until next Blizzcon they will have something to show and talk about.
There was also an Art Director type role in the Classic Games section earlier in the year which emphasised ability\experience liaising with outsourced teams. I still think there's something in the works, if only based off those job postings alone, but it's probably just a bit further off than speculated.

Expect for those times units got stuck on a ramp and couldn't move out of it?

They could just hire them for fixing their use of deprecated API's, so it doesn't mean that BW HD is confirmed,
Also we have no idea how many people their looking for, if that position is already filled ect.
