I'm completely clueless when it comes to distinguishing between Chinese, Korean, and probably a few other asian nationalities that I can't recognize . I can rarely tell from their facial complexion, and all the languages sound the same to me T_T. It's probably that I've never had enough exposure to them to be able to recognize the differences, just as Wax said. Kind of like when I sometimes see two people and think they look very similar, then after spending time with them for a few days I start to notice that they hardly look anything like each other o_O. I'm sure if you spent enough time listening to the different languages (and knowing which ones were which language), you'd start to develop the ability to distinguish between them. E.g. maybe you can download music in each language o.Oa .

You mean cheerful and energetic? Yeah, I guess that describes "cute" pretty well . Hehe, this reminds me of when Toleration first met Utopia/Ivy/Ryan. Ryan kept saying ^^, ^_^ etc. after every sentence, so Tol thought he was a girl .
Then again, I've had some pretty silly or pathetic thoughts like this myself, so I shouldn't talk <_<;;.

Yeah I meant cheerful and energetic in the word cute. ^^;; And yeah it was the faces after every sentence, it's like "WOW EXCITEMENT!!"
Only good things.

Anyway..
I was in HK for the whole of December where there is a lot of Koreans and Japanese (along with every other Asian nationality..) to go along with the national language Cantonese. You do get accustomed to the different languages after awhile but it's hard to say why sorry!
BYE-_-*! Idiot? National language is Mandarin...

It gets hard to understand broken english when the speaker mixes up personal pronouns like "I", "you", "he", "she", "we", and "they" (in addition to using wrong or non-existent words that you could normally figure out if the pronouns were correct) . Example: "We dont know, we try lante den them." When this happens, you can't even tell who's doing what to whom T_T. But fortunately, your english is readable ^^d.
hehe.....^^ sorry.....TT__TT
