I'm slodging through DYH filter now. I really don't know. I'm even trying to bring OGI knowledge of HTS' doings at home to see if there might be a possibility with the timestamps and even that information is inconclusive.
DYH wrote his case on HTS around 0630 or whatever. I was home before then, HTS was already asleep but I know she was definitely up well past EoD because she had made some food that night, and DYH comes with the first ping at 0140.
