Because he was the greatest Brood War player before he transitioned to SC2. Naturally people immediately expect him to become the best.
Tbh if I was a fan I probably would want him to retire so that his legacy remains without his less successfull journey to Sc2... but that's probably just me.

I agree, but the problem IMO is only Maru and Dream are really good at those, impossible to sign those 2 and the rest of terrans are just too many steps below.
Maru won't practice with Zest, neither will Dream. No way coaches let that happen. If Zest gets his PvT right, he will all kill teams again. They won't take that risk. Cure won't either because same reason. Fantasy maybe? Flash isn't good enough at headbashing. Bbyong maybe, but not good enough. And that's all the terrans that do it.
TY can do it. He can do it pretty well. Better than most because his multitasking is great.
He doesn't have the control necessary. He can multitask well but that's not what matters. Zest can do that too. Unless you can snipe colossi with pure bio and that sorta stuff consistently, you're not gonna win with this.
