2015 Storm League Season 2
Storm League is a Heroes of the Storm tournament featuring pro-teams from China, Taiwan, and Korea battling over a $24,000~ prize pool. China has shown a great deal of interest in Heroes of the Storm and with it, some of the highest level of competition in the scene. The Storm League is organized by NeoTV and sponsored by DouyuTV and Tuwan.
Format
- Group Stage: Round Robin All matches are Bo3.
- Top 2 of each group advance to Playoffs.
- Bottom 2 of each group fall to Up & Down.
- Playoffs: Double Elimination
- Up & Down: Double Elimination Top 2 will get slots in next season.

Schedule
Season 2 will run from June 9 - July 28 with matches every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday starting at 20:00 KST. English coverage will be broadcasted on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays at 10:00 PDT / 13:00 EDT.

Just started watching vods of day 1. I thought Gillyweed did a good job in the NA eSports Heroes so it's good to see her getting other opportunities.
It's really funny see how different the meta there is. Game 1 and Uther takes Divine Storm, good start to the wackiness so far!

Wish TL were on the list
As a relative newcomer to the scene, is it KR vs. foreigners all over again? I've watched many TL HotS vods and have been really impressed. Hopefully it's not like that, at least for now.

It hasn't really taken off in KR, so for now, I don't think it will be like that unless we see some surprises from the 1 Korean team allowed at blizzcon.

Apologies for no matches today. I haven't heard a confirmation of why, but it seems likely that it was a schedule conflict with WCA (World Cyber Arena). Will update when I find out about yesterdays matches as well as tomorrows scheduled matches.
