I just realized we didn't have one of these threads for the beta, so I thought I'd get it going. Reminder on the definition of simple questions and answers:

Why do some pros not mine the middle minerals at the beginning of the game?
Why do I see Zerg players not scouting the close positions first?
How many workers should I transfer to my new natural?
Ask in this thread when you have a simple question that can be answered by a simple answer. Please always check if you can find an answer in Liquipedia or by using the Search function first. Most simple questions have already been answered elsewhere.
What not to ask in this thread
When is a good time to expand? (Situational / game dependent)
How much damage does a Thor do against light-bio? (Liquipedia)
How can I micro better? (Too generic)
What kind of 1-1-1 opening do you guys and gals play? (Survey / spam question)
Anyone doing anything in this thread but asking or answering simple questions will get their asses kicked.

For me it is the opposite and my opponents keep dropping.

I think you should build some Vikings.
Disruptors die now very fast against Marauders, so I think you shouldh have no problems in combat situations. But the harass is really strong and the only effective defense is Vikings+Turrets. Try to set some patrolling Vikings in the most obvious flanks.
Was there a change to time warp? Watching Stephano v PartinG in LOTUS Round 1 it seemed like the spell range appeared on the ground but didn't affect the enemy units until the hemisphere appeared, which was a second or two later. I haven't been able to find anything about a change to time warp though.

As far as official announcements are concerned, I don't think Blizzard has addressed game price yet, but it will likely be around the same as WoL and HotS; it doesn't look like Blizzard will be changing their model to F2P or anything.

Yes, once you place it, it will take about 2-3 seconds before it activates. I would check the official time it takes for you, but I don't have LotV installed at work
Has anyone tested if disruptors can be lifted by phoenix graviton beam? It is my understanding they cannot be fungal'd and they go through force fields. Are they affected by time warps?

The only thing outside of the obvious upgrading of your ISP subscription is to try to avoid any other network related tasks (streams, updates, etc.) while playing on you network. Sadly it seems like LotV has a lot of extra debug processes running which can cause lag, sometimes severe, when playing. This is not exclusive to EU though, as even NA players sometimes have severe lag issues.

upgrading your ISP doesn't decrease your ping by definition, it is possible however, but only with a veryyy small margin IF any.
