Format
- Best of 1 Round Robin Groups Matches
- Best of 3 Quarter Finals
- Best of 5 Semi Finals

Players
General Rules
- No hacking, cheating, matchfixing or anything else that would be generally frowned upon (including being insulting towards other players)
- Captains please PM me if your team wins alongside a link to the replays from that weeks matches (so I can send them on to streamers if they wish)
- Games must be played on Fish at LAN Latency
- Games will have a deadline of 1weeks to get finished to allow for people in different timezones to play each other.
- Replays from the winning player must be in before the deadline set else the occur a map penalty.
- The games should be played at 19:00 GMT (+00:00) on Saturday evening, if you cannot make this time organise a PP with the other player.
- If a player disconnects then both players can decide amongst themselves if they regame or not. If no decision is made then the game will go to the person who didn't DC.
Offgamenet Starleague Specific Rules
- This tournament is open only to players participating in the Shinhan Tank Proleague, so if you want to play go and sign up there.
- All requests for pps and discussion must be made on your smurf account via the stpl subreddit http://www.reddit.com/stpl (your STPL captain will explain this to you when you sign up).
- All games must be played on your smurf accounts.
- Do NOT under any circumstances let slip to anyone not on your team who the other players on your team are
- Do NOT under any circumstances contact any other player asking what team they're on and what ID they're using
- The race you play must be the same race as the player you're deciding to Smurf as in the tournament (so no Z Flash's)
- Submissions must be made a week in advance to the games initial start date.

The tournament will start as soon as we have 16 players. The problem is we currently only have four open teams in STPL with captains. SKT, Stars, KT and OZ. If you want to play as a player on another team then please feel free to sign up as a captain, although that gives you some responsibility. If you really want to play, but don't want to captain for STPL I can make a few exceptions, but if you want to play on SKT, Stars, Oz or KT please go and sign up now in the STPL thread, but make sure of course that you don't write your smurf id in there. Feel free as well to sign up in this thread too, just make sure you PM me the smurf name you're going to be working with. If you're not on SKT, Stars or KT then you'll have to come to me via PM to get your team code (aka SKT_T1.) sorted since I already have that all stored in the database.
