Charlie Hebdo Shooting: 11 Killed at Magazine That Ran Muhammad CartoonsEleven people were killed in a terror attack Wednesday at a French satirical news magazine which has published cartoons of the Muslim Prophet Muhammad. France raised its national alert system to its highest level following the attack at Charlie Hebdo in central Paris. French President Francois Hollande told reporters that 11 people had been killed and four others were critically injured. "We will find the people who did this," Hollande said. "France is today shocked by this terrorist attack." Benoit Bringer, a journalist with Agence Premiere Ligne who saw the attack, told the iTele network he saw several masked men armed with machine guns. Reuters quoted police official Luc Poignant as describing the scene as "carnage" in an interview with BFM TV. Charlie Hebdo published cartoons of Muhammad in 2012, forcing France to temporarily close its embassies and schools in more than 20 countries amid fears of reprisals. Its offices were also firebombed in November 2011 after publishing a caricature of Mohammed on its cover. It's most recent tweet was a cartoon of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of ISIS. ..... Yeah, just read about it on BBC, Washington post and polish newsite. The polish one mentions gunman got away in stolen car, dunno how accurate is that.

Usually I'm skeptical of active Islamic involvement whenever there is terrorism (like the recent past events), but this... wow.

Holy shit. Both guys were screaming " allahu akbar ", there is a video of one policeman being shot then killed by one of the terrorist.
