Yes, I know this is pretty early, but humor me... I am bored at work and wanted to talk about tonight's games.
I still think Luxury has a decent shot of moving forward. If anything his OSL game this week convinced me that he is practicing more for this matchup at the moment. The thing is can Jaedong lose two ZvZ in a row? I know a bunch of you are just jumping to say that he can't, but don't discount momentum. If Luxury is able to pull off the upset on Blue Storm, I think he can ride that momentum to the next game. Luxury had very good ZvZ, and although it might not have looked good by comparison in their last game, I think he has a good shot at pulling something off. + Show Spoiler +Jaedong will have to get last night's loss off his mind, and not be thinking about what might happen in his tiebreakers. Luxury has some time off of thinking about OSL after having gone 3-0 in his group so he has had more practice time and can be devoting all of his energy to this match
Falsh and Hwasin is a similar story in that I think Hwasin has a legitimate chance to come back, unless Flash plays like he did buring their first game.+ Show Spoiler +But if he plays like he did last night against Stork and throws away his advantages, then Hwasin could easily capitalize on that and steal a game or even two as he is another player that can just turn his game on and demolish everyone in his path when he does. Hwasin has a lighter schedule too, neither in the OSL and not having to worry about the PSL as he already is placed in the OSC.
Anytime will win.
Mind will also demolish Shine unless shine really steps his game up to the next level and also comes out prepared for Mind's play style. However, Shine won't do that and he will be lucky if he even takes the next game from Mind. Mind has Shine's number so to speak and I see no reversal of that in the immediate future which is tonight.
So uh... what are your thoughts?

Pretty easy bets (Jaedong, Flash, Anytime, Mind)... The only other thing I see as possible is that Hwasin can take two games and turn things around. Not very likely though, since Flash has been playing very good last couple of months and seems to be in better shape than ever.
I've lost my hope in Nada long ago. Jaedong is (still) the super zerg. Mind is clearly better at TvT than Shine.

Is there some conspiracy to keep me bored while I am at work? No one else is in the office. I have nothing to do. Save me Team Liquid!!
edit: woohoo, a reply!

Does no one other than me have faith in The Lux? He plays solidly (against zerg and most terran). He has beat Jaedong on Blue Storm before. I say he can do it again.

Don't panic, we are here to entertain you
Now, I don't think Luxury has a chance against Jaedong. Luxury has been playing really well, but what Jaedong shows in his ZvZ lately is just supernatural - how he builds on so little advantages and pushes them towards a huge victory is amazing to watch.
Hwasin vs. Flash, hmm. Hwasin is known to be a fighter. At some point he goes down, but when under pressure he can be quite beastly. I am trusting on that quality, so I assume it will at least go to game 3. As you say, Hwasin had a lighter schedule and more opportunity of finding out why he lost and how exactly Flash's style works, for Flash however the OSL game was really important, as he did not want to get forced into the 3-way tiebreaker in his group.
I don't see a chance for Nada against Anytime. Sure, there was the talk about Wemade helping the Lecaf team prepare for the finals, and therefore Nada got less practice than he should have, but Anytime looks extremly stable at the time being.
Finally, Mind vs. Shine. Mind played like a Champion in their last match, he let the contender blow off his steam and coldly eliminated him then. During his successful MSL run he mostly fought TvT before finalizing his streak with wins over Savior and Bisu, so TvT is sort of his staple matchup.
edit: I hope the streak of mediocre games was broken somehow during yesterday's OSL, so we might enjoy some well-fought maps again. I have full confidence in Hwasin, Luxury and Nada to give their opponents a run for their money (not so much in Shine).

Regarding the Luxury and Jaedong match, it is often difficult to predict the outcome of a mirror match between two top players of the matchup, such as these two. I give the mental advantage to whoever didn't win the last game, as they should theoretically be staying close to 50/50. Additionally the loser likely learned more from the previous game, as we tend to learn more from mistakes than our successes. If Luxury can learn from what went wrong last game and put that into action he may be able to use it to his advantage, even if he only thinks it will help it could prove valuable as confidence in not making the same mistake twice can be powerful.
Luxury won two matches ago, Jaedong won last time, which means it could be Luxury's turn again. Of course this rule is thrown out when multiple games are played in one sitting, meaning Luxury could win since Jaedong would not have proper time to reflect upon his loss in game two before game three begins.
What would be exciting between Shine and Mind would be a chin duel. Like with swords, only they would use their chins. Shine might have a shot at winning that one. But unless it comes down to that Mind should be playing against Anytime next.
Hmm... maybe Shine could use his chin to help imrove his micro.

to win it he'd need to beat jeadong anyway... his advantage is now its only 2 games win, lateron 3... of course he can lose 1 more too, but assuming jeadong has a higher chance to win this is still the better deal for him -_-

I made a bet for Lux, think he will take a game but Jeadong will go tru by 2:1, he is too damn good to lose a hole series...hope hwasin to win as well
