Flash is crashing harder than Jaedong... fist he comes 2nd at HSC... now this...
Won IEM toronto, then crashed out code S. Its like bomber's law only with bigger successes.
Bomber won the seasonal global finals of WCS last year, Flash has nothing, that is a bigger success than that (SC2-related, that is ofc, otherwise he surely has).

Laughable is a bit harsh. He still defeated GSL champion and BC/Kespa-cup-semifinalist Classic, sure he can't furfill the expectations of his hype-train, but that train is pretty big. Also I don't think, that he gets any WCS points, since he was a direct invite and didn't advance a round. sOs had a cimilar performance in the groups of RBBG Washington last year and didn't get points, so Flash probably doesn't get points now either.
Liquipedia says 125 points for not doing anything (oh sorry, beating classic!). It seems really unfair that he gets 125 points for essentially a popularity contest. But I guess it doesn't matter. Its not going to be enough to get him into Blizconn 2015.
And Homestory Cup regularly invites players and then gives them WCS points for winning two series (Flash won one). Far less deserving players than Flash have gotten, and will continue to get, free points just cuz. This is not worth moral outrage.

no Flash does not get those points, invited players must advance at least 1 round in order to get WCS Points in any tournament, Flash is still at 0 points
I know we all would've liked to see the fan favourites advance, but with the quality of play people like MKP and sKyHigh have brought to this tournament makes up for that completely! What a spectacular final series.
Don't you think the list is starting to be a bit long for a "bad player having a random fluke" ... ?
Any achievements in sc2 this year he got? Any prizes?
So when you don't have a lot of achievements you're a bad player. But when you're a bad player you don't deserve to advance over "better" (ie with more achievements) players. How is this supposed to work? Oo sKyHigh worked his ass off all year long in the CJ house, helping his team prepare for PL. This tournament is basically the first time we see him of the year, he beats awesome players both offline and online. I don't see how he's "bad". Unless clear imbalance, the better player wins.
Whether he's bad or not, he's definitely not a "nab".
I am unhappy with Ryu Won's newest performers. I take it he must be on vacation or didn't give them any strategies for this tournament and is saving them for proleague and Code S
