During his reign, he also had a council he could rely on, the Council of Truth and Trustworthiness . The council was run by four members. MarineKing, the marshal, was the leader of the King’s Army and advised the king on matters such as offence strategies. The steward, Creator, ran all the economic matters in the kingdom. Then there was ByuN, the spymaster. Spying on foreign lands and hiding in plain sight were his job. The head of the Church, and fourth member of the council, was called SalvatioN.
One day, on a gray afternoon, King Gerrard was having a party with the council members in his humongous castle. There was lots of food made by the cook, DeParture. The King also brought in entertainment, with a jester called TerrOr and a strong person who could lift all kinds of different things (which others couldn’t life of course). His name was KassiA.
With everyone entertained and drunk, Gerrard called Byun into his personal room. ByuN hadn’t been drinking because he expected this. Gerrard called him in his room to give him yet another objective. The King had heard of a great, foul evil spreading in faraway lands. He wanted ByuN to look into this and take this evil out if necessary. ByuN, as loyal as a puppy, accepted this quest, and urgently started packing his stuff.
Two weeks passed. No one had heard from ByuN. Was he killed, was he taken prisoner? Gerrard had sent out more scouts, but to no avail. Meanwhile he had gotten more news about the evil. Choya was his name. An evil warlock spouting his appalling enchantments over foreign kingdoms. Evil was coming closer every day.
It was a an even grayer afternoon this time, and Gerrard was staring into the distance. Thunderclouds and hurricanes over the neighboring kingdom, the kingdom of Kang. Suddenly, a loud noise at the gates. People screaming. Gerrard stormed towards the gates and he couldn’t believe his eyes. Nestea, Mvp and many more screaming for help. “Our king has fallen!”, they cried, “Let us in, they have taken Losire and YongHwa already”. King Gerrard wanted to offer them help, but then he saw their faces. Green bulbs. He had seen this before, it was the disease called foreignicus monicus. But that disease was wiped out long ago, with the coming of the Empire of KESPAAAAAAAA. There was only one way it had returned: That ugly coward called Choya.
When Gerrard ordered his guards to kill these cursed people, Cezanne arrived, the kingdom’s gate guardian, of the outer gates. “He has arrived, and he has brought his entire army.” Gerrard fell on his knees. “This… this can’t… be”, he said, “We will fight to the death.”
The King ordered MarineKing to rally all the troops and anyone who could handle a sword, men, women and children. Meanwhile Choya had broken through the outer gates. This task was too easy for his conjured demons. Now he was marching towards the castle, on his chariot of fire and doom, pulled by his horses called GuMiho and Leenock.
Choya ordered his forward legions to attack. Houses fell, people died and everything looked grim. “All is lost, all has to be given up!” SalvatioN screamed. “No, never give up never surrender” Gerrard said full of passion and kicked SalvatioN towards Choya’s towering demon. Suddenly Creator ran up to Gerrard. “The rax are burning! The rax are burning!”. MarineKing overheard this and fell on his knees. He started crying. “It’s over”, he said. Gerrard ran up to him and pulled him up by his collar. “No, no. This is not how we go down. I have always known you as someone who goes to the limit, someone who never gives up. We stood by each other through thick and thin, through victory and defeat. This cannot be it”. Green bulbs started to appear on MarineKing’s cute cheeks. “No. Don’t leave me”, Gerrard said. A tear started rolling over his cheek.
“He’s gone now. You will never see him again”, Choya said laughing maniacally. “You! You won’t get away with this, you monster!” said King Gerrard bravely. He swung his sword toward Choya. Right when it was supposed to touch him, it evaporated in a disgusting, green cloud. He fell on his knees, head pointed toward the floor. Choya looked at MarineKing, whose bulbs were getting bigger. “That’s a cutie”, he said, “I think I’ll keep him for myself. Together with the cook, I’m hungry and that priest I could use too.”
“End it now”, Gerrard said. Choya put up a big smirk and ordered his demons to murder King Gerrard.
