Q: It was Top who nominated you, anything to say to him?
A: As a player used to be bullied [sic] by me, Top got all along in the pro circle. But whom he nominated is a capable caster.
Q: Though you're no longer a pro, but we do care about your calibre. Do you think you're a 'dish-washer'?
A: No, I don't. But it came to me; I have to give it a go.
Q: After quitting pro, you appear more as a caster. But you sometimes play on stream.
A: The IQ Cup is the most brilliant programme of the SCBoys (which consists himself, Xiaose, and Ms-Joy, all are Chinese casters). No matter you play StarCraft or not, you could enjoy watching it. So we have kept doing this.
Q: People seem to like to see these lively matches, how did this idea come to mind?
A: It is more than games, it is also our communication tool with our viewers. We hope everyone could enjoy the game of StarCraft. But you have to ask Xiaose about the origins.
Q: Has your strength gone down after playing so many IQ Cups?
A: Yes, but it is OK because my expectation has gone down, too. (laughs)
Q: But your said your StarCraft depends on IQ, why would your strength gone done? (laughs)
A: It depends on your opponent. If it is Xiaose I can dig as many trap as I'd like for him. And he's wiling to jump into these traps. (laughs)
Q: You now focus more on family, especially after your son was born. You've brought him here today.
A: I've been always bringing family. I feel life is substantial like this.
Q: Would you teach him to play? I think he's old enough to start.
A: Not now, now he can only click mouse and keyboard.
Q: If he were to become a pro, do you want he be a IQ-oriented player, like you were, or a strength-oriented, Korean-like player or a Comedian, like you are?
A: Both strength and affinity are important. Even though you may misconstrue this, I'd hope he would be a strong Comedian.
Q: Talking about this, there's few fresh face in the Country, but NetEase is seemingly trying to nurse new players
A: There are a number of reasons. StarCraft has a higher bar compared with other games, and you have to practise a lot. But NetEast has been very supportive and has presented games like SOC, CSL and GPL, making young players their platform. I hope e-Sports viewers would pay attention.
Q: You've stayed in a business where people came and went. You stayed even that you're no longer a player.
A: I stayed because I could always find my role. I was a player and now is a caster. There are simply too many viewers like my first-person stream and the IQ Cup, I must continue. StarCraft has been a part of my life. It is too hard to give up.
Q: But there seems to be a turning point for you. New games like Hearthstone and Heroes of the Storm are very popular. There are speculations about if you would switch.
A: We would put our focus on SC, after all, we are people go through from Brood War to StarCraft II, we feel something inseparable about StarCraft. Though we would practise the Storm, after all, it is where the wind is blowing to. But however we switch, we are Blizzard fans, we'll play Blizzard games only.
Q: If you were switch to be a Storm or Hearthstone caster, I think you're going to be humiliated first.
A: That's not gonna happen. I'm so low-profile and how possibly anybody wants to humiliate me? If anyone wants to, he must get what it takes first. (laughs)
Q: Had you been 10 years younger, which player you want to beat most?
A: Flash and Jaedong in SC1, of course.
Q: Back to reality, do you think you could beat Xiaose at next time's IQ Cup?
A: It's a embarrassing question! But I could beat a delivery man-turned player whenever I want, provided the slightest seriousness.
Q: Our next guest?
A: Everybody follow me: Kill d**n Huang Xudong!
P.S.: F91 is called Comedian-in-Chief because his plays like "Ragnarok"(Seven Hatchy Opening) and Ultralisk Drop.
