Lorning picked Fruitland because he had already played on the best map, Slag Pits, and he couldn't play on it again. The_Templar was undaunted and picked zerg.
Will The_Templar manage to hit another timing before Lorning is ready? Will Lorning's protoss builds shine through again? Can we get a game that doesn't involve someone cheesing???

Nope, 10 pool.
Meanwhile, Lorning goes forge first… at his ramp.
Lorning then scouts the 10pool, and despite The_Templar's proclamation of "the truth", he is probably snickering to himself as he plants the photon cannon at his main ramp.
The zerglings run past the cannon, two of them dying, before getting into the probe line.
As the game is about even, The_Templar begins macroing normally. His macro is slightly better than his micro.
Two zealots get into The_Templar's third but he believes in a thing called roach.
Lorning gets an oracle and begins killing drones even though The_Templar has a queen. He ends up getting 9 workers.
Meanwhile, Lorning is getting most of the tech.
The_Templar pokes at the front and sees 3 cannons and a void ray.
Meanwhile, The_Templar actually remembered upgrades.
Lorning prepares for the attack.
Meanwhile, The_Templar is making as much roach/hydra as possible before the attack. Lorning sent his proxy probe to the third so The_Templar sent everything over there.
Lorning charges into The_Templar's third with a somewhat superior army. However, The_Templar is up 18 workers.
The mothership core was late for the battle and paid dearly.
Lorning takes a 2-1 lead.
The_Templar played a decent game here, but went for the wrong composition. A roach/hydra composition would have been nice against a more macro protoss, as he could eventually mix in vipers against colossi, but against Lorning, who he knew wasn't taking a third using his overlords, he should have gone hydra/ling.

It's the stuchiu build!
Meanwhile, Lorning goes forge first… at his ramp.
The_Templar officially loses the mindgame battle.

Nice wall.

Good ol' #TemplarMicro

The_Templar is basically Rotterdam.
Lorning gets an oracle and begins killing drones even though The_Templar has a queen. He ends up getting 9 workers.
The_Templar should have predicted this.
Meanwhile, Lorning is getting most of the tech.
Stargate AND a robotics facility, and +1 attack! Why didn't anyone else think of this?
The_Templar pokes at the front and sees 3 cannons and a void ray.
Below gold league, this would be telling of mass voids.
Meanwhile, The_Templar actually remembered upgrades.

Mass hydralisks might have worked better than mostly roaches with a few hydralisks...
