I assume thats 1 billion Won, not USD. Even so I don't beleive Rain or soO makes the equivelent of $1 million USD per anum :o
10 billion won is like 10 mil USD. I doubt they get that much money.
During last season's proleague parting was making 8-9k USD per month
How the hell does Prime manage to stay alive, each time you call them dead, BAM, self-sponsorship, a new sponsor or whatever ! Damn, they're resilient !
Paying salaries itself doesn't mean much without numbers or at least a ballpark number. With the players left it wouldn't surprise me if each got paid very little, but it's still considered a salary. I suppose it's better than 0 though!

Well according to what we read, Prime haven't been paying their employees for 4 years, so Byun probably took a job flipping Korean beef or something when he realized that you can't pay for food or rent in minerals. Unlike, somehow, the rest of Prime, who may have been eating out of dumpsters and living in boxes for the last 4 years unbeknownst to the rest of us.
Or they could have families that help pay for living costs? I don't think Prime is made of orphans.
They did have Primezzang and TT eSports money for a while. I think Primezzang still helps them out. While the "sponsor" money wasn't much, it could be enough to maintain rent or taxes while enough for food for the team house. Also it isn't like the players/employee couldn't have "al-ba" jobs (no salary, manual labor) as a supplemental income.
I probably posted it a thousand time now : ByuN had health problems and was hospitalized for a while. He should have start SPL next season but but the recent problems Prime faced, IDK.
Thanks for the info man. I wish Byun a speedy recovery. I always loved his stream and his unique mech builds.

I would like to have a source for this statement that isn't word of mouth
