his vote on Snickers in LYLO shouldn't even be up for consideration, zero wrong with that at all.
The whole town threw this game, and banning Robik for essentially being less retarded than the rest of the game (by being right about MM) doesn't seem that fair. Maybe the rest of town were trying to win, but they were still voting MM too.
robik is right, kush flat out said BH was town on day 1 and hammered him anyway.
tldr; shit happens, don't ban someone because shit happened in a stupid shitty game. I don't think it is understandable at all. It also IS playing against his wincon and you can't sell me that the guy willingly hammering his townread is not the one throwing the game. How does the fact that Robik was right make it any better/relevant here?
With all this said I still agree that he should not be banned only because it creates a dangerous precedent for the future.

Because even if you vote/hammer your townread there is a possibility you are wrong even if you don't think there is any possibility for that. Pretty much in all the games people vote for their townreads because someone tells them, they want to lynch over no-lynch etc. There is nothing wrong with it.

Robik admitted that he only did so because he wanted the game to end. This decision was egoistic and against his wincon. But I won't argue about this further.

Hapa put the information in the OP pls.

i agree that requesting a ban on robik is wrong.
Gobble's first post would have been less scummy if he just had the reasoning why robik looked scummy without the summary and without asking BH "is that what you were thinking?"
Gobbles, how to look less scummy: you need less summary in your posts. you need to focus more on the reasoning you come up with for why something is scummy, and you need to try to convince people of it like you really believe it. Actually how you approached playing scum I think is really good. Most people play scum by finding ways around giving reasons behind their scumreads, but not you. I think once you get more town games under your belt, playing scum should get easier.

I just read the post and this is 100% right. That post was indeed really scummy.

I gotta say, I think Kush played a great game this game, worked hard to figure things out and push the lynch in the right direction. I really enjoyed playing with Kush this game.

shame your RNG set up the atmosphere for town to shit itself, eh?
|
Yeah, i was really wrong on sylencia. The crosspost tell almost always indicates two townies. I should have followed kush on that one cause the edit to admit that it was a crosspost was definitely the wrong read from me.
could have easily lynch gobble d1 though

We just got so off track day one with the random lynch fight then everyone counter claiming....it was just a mess
|
I still dont know how you guys thought i was serious when i cced and the told people to not vote on bh. I was just following robik who was my top town read.
|
mm you voted bh though...
|
Agree with Kush I know at one point rob told you to vote him but you should of taken the claim back or voted for someone else really wish we would of talked more about a lynch outside those two

mm can make all the noises he wanted to, he cced me, votied me, and got me lynched. It's my fault in part for not effectively out-arguing him, but let's be real here: mm1 has no reason whatsoever to claim blue to cc the cop claim as a VT.
This game is great because it serves as a lesson that even people as ___ as mm will have to admit is real: don't cc the cop as a vt for no reason, because if the cop gets lynched, then you'll get lynched, then town is pretty lost.
mm1 should feel ashamed of himself.
also rng is a great thing

Evidently you didn't learn much from this game :/

I think people are overlooking the fact that Robik essentially started the wave of blue claims.

OK, yes, just this once rng happened to land on town. It's also just so happened to land on town literally every time I've used it....
hmm.
Well, if you think about it, NEXT TIME it's totally gonna work, cause I'm definitely due for it to land on scum. It's kinda surprising it hasn't happened yet.

but hey it works 100%, 22% of the time!

That's not starting a wave. That's just putting pressure on the claimant. MM1 thought he was dropping some blue cover.
Everyone keeps overlooking the fact that town put the 4th and 5th vote onto our blue uncc'ed blue. If anyone tries to push the argument that mm1 was sincerely cc'ing BH, then you gotta check yoself
|
Why would you put pressure on a day 1 claim in an open setup, where there's only one blue?
I even explained why that didn't make sense and it happened anyway.
