Honestly I don't care, whatever you guys want.

I gave a slightly larger advantage to scum this time around but both sides got various nerfs and buffs.

List of changes from the II setup:
- Veteran role brought back (this does not increase the number of blue roles though, just gives an extra option to randomize with)
- Vig has two nightkills instead of one
- Scum is no longer told any specifics about a blocked shot
- Janitor's Rally (clean) ability is now refunded if the target does not die
- Janitor can now use two of their abilities instead of one

I wouldn't consider the veteran a nerf or buff to town per se, but it does leave a lot more to the wind. For example, there's less of a chance of rolling two doctors which was the case in II.
