Glad combat logging got fixed, thought I'd love to be able to loot the bodies. Seems like their bodies disappear instantly on death.

As useful information, I discovered that there were weapon spawns in the houses with Z-like stairs (kind of hotels I guess), but unintuitive to find as they are hanging from the ceiling of the staircase (dunno if it's clear, I'm having trouble to find the right words xD). Anyway, search the hotels and look at the ceiling while in the stairs found a SKS and a magnum!

I handcuffed my friend and he was too lazy to get it off and logged off, next day he logged in: he respawned anew. Also when we switched servers (the one we played on went offline), he lost all his gear again, just buggy atm or is it a pattern? :o

There might have been a bug where he didn't die before he logged back in again, where it would remember and kill him when he re-joined anew. Also, experimental servers will start you anew. But you will retain your old gear if you log back onto another server.

At least its not the experimental Server thingy, I joined the same on (the first time) and I didnt lose anything.

I'm stuck in a similar situation with not being able to respawn, submitted a ticket but no luck so far.

Like I care. No one is going to go, oh, well then, you poor peasant, on your way then! The decision has already been made. The only way to change their mind is to be Morgan Freeman or some other equally entertaining personality. No one gives a shit about how poor you are, they're still going to murder you.

It is possible to play without being a complete dick as well. I know, I've met people who do it and do it myself. I can't fathom the fun of shooting people who can't defend them selves or worse, just started out. It gives you nothing. All you're doing is ruining the experience of others for no reason other than "hurp derp target practice lol noobs". Saying "the decision has already been made" doesn't justify anything. Just your stubbornness. edit: I should probably say that I as well have started shooting on sight for the most part now. Too big of a chance of the opposite player being a dick and stab you in the back to let him go. That said I see no reason to shoot unarmed people, especially if you have a buddy who can handcuff them so they can't suddenly pull out a pistol on you.

I never shoot someone that I've actually made vocal contact with unless the other guy actually wants to fight. No, my point is, saying that you have nothing, will contribute almost nothing to the situation, the other person has already decided what will happen. For instance I found two separate people on an airfield, they did not shoot each other, and so I talked with one on his way off the airfield, then went to the other guy (I decided to go across to get to the town beyond anyway). He said that he did not have anything and that I did not need my gun out (which is a huge red flag really, don't tell the other guy what to do right off the bat unless you're forcing them to). I mean, I asked him hey how's it going, then he goes immediately to "no don't hurt me" mode, my immediate reaction is DON'T YOU TELL ME WHAT TO DO.

But I also think everyone is just super paranoid because so many people play like dicks atm, as theres no real incentive not to.
