They felt manaless champions were too gated by their cooldowns, so tjey decided that the best choice was to make manaless champ with almost no cooldowns on 2 abilities. Over or under on 55% winrate after 1 week. Personally, I'm feeling the over, keeping in mind that this guy also designed thresh, darius zyra and one more who slips my mind atm. also zed huehue No one played zed on release other than Westrice. Mayyyyyyybe he can do ok mid vs some weaker laners or very skillshot focused but he would get destroyed by most stuff easily. He'll be balanced because of how OP his wind wall is. Then when people figure him out he'll be over 55% win rate.

Exactly which ults are you worried about him blocking that really matter? In my eyes, people focus too much on blocking ults in a vacuum when in reality it's MUCH more useful to block strong regular abilities and ADC autos than ults during a fight. Here's a list of the more regularly played heroes that have blockable ults: syndra (good to block and relatively easy to predict) riven (good luck trying to position the wall perfectly to block her almost instant ult at near melee range with her mobility) mf (idk anyone that plays MF regularly anymore but good to block) ashe (can block if you have prior vision or great reflexes) ziggs (good if you can tell where his ult is coming from) jinx (same as ashe) ez (meh, good to block but not really high priority since it's just damage with no utility) lucian (lol) varus (good to block but hard to predict) nami (good and easy to block, just a little narrow) sona (good to block but hard to predict unless she flashes beforehand, need good reactions) I know the wall is going to be very strong but I think people focus too much on blocking useless ults when in reality it's much better at blocking strong regular abilities and ADC autos considering it's range is very short (just a little more than AA melee range) and the width isn't great either. Unless your team runs in a single file line, teammates will still be able to get picked off if running away. Being in the proper position to block said skills I think is going to be the determining factor in a good wall rather than just blowing it and expecting the enemy to unload everything into it. The skill is going to be strongest in the jungle where one wall can just shut down part of the entire team. You can easily stop the ADC from doing anything for 3-4 s while it's up which is what I think will be the biggest effect. Once fights move into lanes and bases, it won't do nearly as much.

Well, it also blocks other things from those champs (and others). Like, sure you don't need to "waste" it on Ez ult, on the other hand, you also reduce his DPS to essentially 0, if he has an orianna, you impede her ability to position the ball for a good ult (unless she has a good ball carrier, heck do we know if the ball stays on your head if you pass through?)etc. Also, I didn't see if they tested Gragas ult, that would be huge. The functionality is also crazy good, because instead of dropping the damage in front, the spell just fizzles and is on CD. Like the Gragas barrel doesnt just stop at the wall, it disappears, same with a Ziggs ult.

Also, combo it with Anivia to create the perfect defense, Gaara style.

It would be a cool combo but I feel the Ori doesn't really lose much. Your team loses 2 high CD, high utility spells to delay her from casting her ball for about 1-2s until she moves around it.

Situation almost every single game: I'm going even or winning lane, my team keeps getting picked off. All the god damn time. Getting caught in stupid spots or engaging in pointless fights. NEVER going for objectives but only trying to kill the enemy team. Chasing until the world ends or lingering until their whole team collapses on them. This is a constant issue in my games, so I figure it has something to do with me. I mean, I'm doing everything I can, I splitpush, ping/take objectives/peel or dive. So something has to be off with my decisions ingame. I'm playing all positions sufficient to go even or win lane every game. My opponents range from mid silver to low gold. I'm aware of how the game "should" be played ideally, prioritizing objectives, stalling for time with splitpushing and stuff.

She doesn't really need peel because she has 2 ability's to counter getting jumped on and as an ADC you have the lategame power to carry teamfights. Only issue is getting to late game but i found games more often then not went long anyway.
