Anyway, I will offer sagely advice. Even if we put dumb legal issues aside, 14 year olds are awful, sex with 14 year olds is awful, and relationships with 14 year olds are beyond awful. I don't see where the good side of that deal is. Probably because there isn't one.

My advice: If you don't want to blow your chances of being with her you should first tell her that you would want to have sex with her and then bring up your concerns. Check whether the reason she has for wanting to have sex with you is something you are ok with. Basically, keep it in her mind, that she is in your more-than-friend-zone, while doing the sensible thing of caring about her and her reasons. You probably should not have sex with her if it was some sort of a hasty decision to ask you. Instead propose to go via an actual relationship aka wait until it happens on its own (which, given the right amount of liking each other can happen pretty fast, still keep in mind possible legal issues), while not forgetting to jokingly mention, that "There aren't many guys who would turn that offer down because they care about you." (Jokingly, because it lightens the mood, while still having a nice bit of underlying truth. Also clever remarks don't work if you are too serious with them.) (Also, am I the only one who realizes, that there is more to gain here than just having sex once?) Edit: (Welp, the relationship with a 14-year-old is awful could be a point. Still, there's the possibility that it won't be awful and you only know that once you have tried.) | ||
