And thats probably why he said 'today' and not 'in the end', right? And outplaying Happy? It was more Happy made a few critical mistakes with his bunkers, but I wouldn't call that outplaying from Stardust. Not to mention he came close enough to winning the tie. Edit, another one: On September 25 2013 07:06 Zheryn wrote: Stardust is just on another level from these foreigners, well played. Stardust just with the slightest differences manages to win, and suddenly he is on another level. And if he would have lost it would have been the network cable or jetlag...

But unless someone has a amazing new group format it'll be stuck on this Its just this is basically the only way to keep there from being any meaningless games for any player in group stages. That has to be considered.

I'M PRETTY SURE if you won the game you outplayed your opponent pretty sure I mean I could be wrong

yes. do you guys think Stardust fluked this or something? he was 4-3 against relatively strong opponents, who when it mattered folded when SD didn't. so props to him. I'm most disappointed in Happy if anything.

I really, really, really enjoyed Grubby's casting, which gave the PvP's a feeling of being much more tactical than usual. Also enjoyed Happy vs Stardust series, very exciting! Now I'm going to fall asleep (literally, no hate!) to WCS AM. Have a great evening everyone!

However, there have been some notable instances where one player is widely considered to have played better overall than their opponent and still loses. HerO vs. Leenock in the GSL in late 2012 comes to mind, as HerO was all over the map harassing, denying bases, etc, but his MS got Neuraled and he lost.
