Seems like it's rather hard to get a good game myself in plat , and thanks to one few posts above explaining about capped/uncapped why it is that you don't get a "good game" even if you have played 25g or more.

This tool is so good. The ups and down in my play have been very cyclical, but a couple days ago something snapped and ive won almost every game since. Here's my graph when i got my promotion!

So I read through and am still confused as to why all of my games (0/12)are not good enough data? is there something I have set up wrong or something? any help would be appreciated

FYI: Demotions are confirmed frozen mid-season. http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/blog/10117387/StarCraft_II_Ladder_League_and_Season_FAQ-5_31_2013

Also, interestingly, Ranked and Unranked are separate player pools only at the very top of the ladder (perhaps Master+?).

Hey, please help me out a bit, ive been playing many games with this tool yet still iam unable to get a better data, so i looked into logs and it seem it cant extract info from site, even tho battle.net profiles ARE working

Iam not sure what the problem here is completely, but bnet profile sites are working, and i would really like to get this tool working.

- I have UAC turned off, in other words i have 100% admin rights, so program shouldnt be blocked by any ways i know of.

2 of my last 100 games had enough data to deduce the opponent's MMR... I think unranked play has caused some of this but it seems like something is amiss.

Updated B.net DB file regarding end of the season bonus pools. Please update it by restarting sc2gears. Note that calculations for games played between the start of the ladder lock (starting time varies for different servers) and when you update this DB file are incorrect. You might want to set them bad.

Also it seems Chinese server is not locked. I will release a new DB file when it has been locked too. Also during last week it was announced that Blizzard has been given a permission to publish HotS also in China. If you find out the launch date for Chinese HotS please let me know (current version of the tool does not support HotS for Chinese accounts).

There are lots of other requirements that has to be met too. For example your MMR cannot be calculated if opponent is 'capped'. Example:

- Firewall is off, no antivirus ( dont ask me how i survived :D ) there is nothing of my knowledge to be blocking the tool

Hey, Thank you for this wonderful tool.
Just one little problem, when i move the cursor around inside the window, the software starts messing up having multiple windows, making the graph impossible to see.

DB file was locked for season 14 start. Game data is automatically set bad until a new DB file is released after all servers have switched to S14 & web profiles have been updated to S14

Edit: S14 has started on all servers except China (which has not even been season locked yet), but US profiles have not been updated. Profiles for all other servers were updated very quickly. Last season same happened. It took nearly a day that US profiles were updated back then. Will have to wait for US profiles before releasing a new DB file...

Edit 2: Finally also US web profiles were updated (some 10 to 11 hours after the season start). Published new DB file and released DB lock.

So in light of all the demotions in Masters, does that mean the cut off will change again? I got demoted but my MMR is sitting at 1121 :S

I reopened sc2gears but am not sure if it updated the db file. i also download the package in OP and manually copied the following files in to the plugin directory. is this sufficient??
