Shit? Fucking hell, people have zero respect... armchairs are so comfy, easy to think this game doesn't take skill to play. I'm a Master Zerg and wish I played 1/4th as good as him. Pro gamers get judged by pro standards. Like in all competitive play. If a pro tennis player fucks up they don't say "oh, well he's still much better than my 12 yr old daughter". Nah, I don't think this armchair mentality of throwing around needlessly hostile crap is fine just because progamers are progamers. "Jesus if you're shit at ..." The thing is he isn't shit at it. I was watching it and thought he died fairly well with detection and constant overseer usage but was obviously behind from the drone loss. I know how hard it's to micro this shit against players of my caliber, doing all this perfectly against a Yoda or similar is a whole different story. But yeah, I wonder if wangstra got much too show for or if he cannot actually judge what's shit and what's not. You are conflating two things. I was cheering for DRG but was very reasonably annoyed with his approach to handling widow mines. I simply can't see how anyone can argue otherwise. I don't think DRG is "shit", I think his control in that game vis a vis widow mines was ineffective. I'm not contesting that its a challenge right now for zerg but twice in a row, DRG suffered significant damage to his ling, bling, muta style that didn't account for widow mines. That isn't an optimal strategy. I can't conceive how pointing that out makes me hostile or an armchair commentator. I'll certainly allow that the game got to me though and the way I phrased my point.

While i agree that caster bashing is silly your comparison is even more so. 99% of this thread is not getting payed to cast professionally.
