How do you feel about finishing off WoL with seven straight victories?
I am feeling what I used to feel when I was previously on a winning streak so I am happy. But I did get conceited and missed the chance to stay on a winning streak. I want to remember that feeling I felt and use that as a stepping plate to ensure that I can stay on a winning streak.
You blocked your opponent’s all in in order to claim your victory.
Today’s game plan was to not scout and attack after expanding. I should have lost originally but my opponent overextended himself trying to grab my stalkers so I was able to win.
CJ Entus finished off round three ranked second.
If we had lost today, our break would have been miserable. I feel so good that it was a 4-0 victory. There’s also going to be a party afterwards so I am excited.
Have you tried out HotS?
I’ve tried a few games and it was pretty difficult. I haven’t adapted to it yet. It’s different from WoL.
You will leave next week for MLG.
I am worried. I think I’m only going to get about three days’ worth of practice before I have to go. I don’t have a goal. Honestly, I haven’t really thought about MLG. I think I’ll do better if I go there with no expectations.
You will need a new mindset for round four.
I want to play with a fiery passion like I did for when I first played WoL. Regardless of which game I’m playing, solidifying the basics is a must.
PartinG will be eligible to play for SK Telecom for round four.
He’s going to be a really good opponent. But I’m still not scared. I lost to PartinG during 2012’s WCS. I want to grab revenge for that in Proleague.
Anything you want to say to Hydra?
I do not (laughs). It’s still not the time.
Anything else you would like to say?
I want to thank Trust and Kim Jung Hoon (he could be talking about Tassadar but I’m not sure) for helping me with practice. Trust got eliminated from the Up/Downs yesterday but I really hope he doesn’t feel stressed about it. Manager Hwanni will be moving back to Japan so I hope he has a wonderful time there and I want to thank him for all his hard work.
