I feel like they definitely should maintain the multiple plots; i.e. the protoss have their issues, so do the zerg, so do the terran. And I think to some extent they have accomplished that, it definitely made WoL more interesting. I guess the main issue is just, I would prefer if Kerrigan's character had some more depth to it, and hopefully its not just emotional issues she has to deal with The Zerg race doesn't have a lot of potential for a complex story outside of Kerrigan. The Zerg is ultimately led by one being, who is assisted by multiple yes-men and opposed by everyone else. You get to follow the head-honcho's orders, move crystals around, do favors for Kerrigan, and kill lots and lots of people. Kerrigan is the only 'real' character contained within this race, so everything will center around what she does, and who wants to stop her. Cerebrate politics dude, Cerebrate politics.

The real question is... what can be made into a full length live action movie or three.

do you think the sc story should depend more on jim raynor?

I've gotta ask: are you the same 'Jim Raynor'-esque account who used to end every post with "This is Jimmy, signing off?" before he got banned?

Seriously, Kerrigan goes from absolutely demolishing joint Terran Dominion-UED-Protoss force to getting kicked around by marginalized raiders; I wonder what could have resulted in sudden degradation of Zerg tactics hmmmmm

Not to mention, Kerrigan actually managed to make the swarm itself WORSE. She takes over and after a few years, some of the most useful specialist races of the Zerg are suddenly extinct and replaced with a series of much more broad species' who desperately try to fill all of the now missing roles. Autocracy has not been fair to the Zerg. If I had more faith in Metzen/the starcraft lore team, I would actually believe they did this on purpose.
