What a glorious nation.
Canada was so focused on its long term preparation against the Union of Britain, no one in the government saw the 4-way war in the USA before it was too late to stop it. Good news, it will be possible to gain some ressources in the process. Bad news, it's almost impossible to predict the outcome of a 4-way dance.
Anyway, we have syndicalist forces right at our frontiers, no way we'll stay passive.
Canada - 1937 : How to go to war without an actual army - the Noob Guide
It's been one day since the CSA, the PSA and the AUS chose to leave a stinking USA lead by the general/president McArthur. The Chief of the Defence Staff probably did a mistake by informing McArthur. Exactly the time to convert a mistake into a military operation !
Being sneaky is a good option too.
We need to help our little brother, the USA, and what a better way than to prevent New England AND Panama of being caught by anyone else ? Just let a fifth force grab those territories and it's like they are protected. Totally protected.
They totally swallowed my arguments.
This is it, with that, we've enough information to plan our way into making Canada the biggest country in the America. The PSA being neutral during this war for some time makes it a three way, meaning we can keep a potential offensive on it for later.
- AUS is just too far for our forces - cough cough - since we didn't even have a decent fleet either. Remember those ships we threw to the trash just to build more factories ? Yeah, I just remember it too...
- CSA is a good target, but I'm afraid USA will just accept our help, kick the butt of the other side of the CSA, thanks me with a good handshake and then keep everything for him while we mourn our deads. No way it will happens.
- Last option, the USA themselves. By attacking them, we prevent them from killing the CSA too fast, and we protect their territories from being captured by both CSA and AUS. It's an awesome plan, attack the USA !
Prepare the troups sir !
Meanwhile, Alaska is now ours, by using the same way we did for New England and Panama.
I don't know how the USA isn't pissed enough to declare war on us.
In red, my awesome plan.
In yellow, how we suppose USA will go to war against CSA and AUS.
No way in hell this plan can fail.
Well, if someone could have remind us we had a non-aggression pact with the USA.
Time for a back-up plan. We hope USA will not destroy those two kids in the East too quickly while we're going for a good ol' one on one. Since we only have 10 brigades, it's not a bad idea actually, once PSA taps out, the units in formation should be trained enough to go on the battlefield.
The area is kinda tight though.
It will not be easy to create a surrounding position against any army.
The King may be young, but he's really bad at geography I guess. Thanks for the troups anyway !
It's clear our army is superior, the first few days of the war are a succession of victories for the canadian army. Quality over quantity, heh ? It would have been a pretty huge blow if I didn't say to my troops to push too far without regaining any organisation. 100% of our interceptor planes died in a counter attack on the province.
The scientists are thinking it's the ideal day to start some upgrades on our interceptors. They were crap, I must admit. Maybe 1916ish models or something ?
Speaking of science stuff and research, the firepower is where the canada is at.
Manpower isn't our strong point, defence will not help against Union of Britain, mobility isn't bad but our rival is an island.
Oh, some news from Mexico !
Those gringos, always a good joke for the rest of the world.
That was fun, but back to some strategies.
By losing Vancouver, most of the PSA army is stuck in a pocket. And I really, really want to close it definitively. Since no force is coming from the south, we're pretty sure almost all the Pacific divisions are right here, in the wrong place at the wrong time.
The diplomatic staff from the PSA has a good sense of humor too.
They're trying to buy their way out of the war by giving Canada a third of its territories. A third ? I prefer to roll the dice one more and eat some more.
That's my boy !
One less soviet state on Earth, meaning, one less ally for Commune of France and Union of Britain.
I hope USA is taking notes.
It's called the "Two-Step You're Dead Son".
Efficient way of dealing with an army without number nor organisation.
Either way, the Pacific States of America can't do anything but accept to be annexed for the greater good of Canada. I'm pretty excited to take a look at our global map and see how strong we have grown after those few months.
The heck ?! USA looking as strong as my air force.
And if it's not enough, just take a look and another one to Spain. Or at least what's left of it.
Canada - 1937 : Where shit gets real
Anything that isn't the CNT-FAI - the red guys - is a victory against communism.
But I can't fund anyone, and so much help for those guys... Even Brazil is giving some. And just looking at what happened the last year, I'm starting to be afraid of the outcome of this war. I mean, for Europe, I'm pretty confident where I am actually.
Since USA is pretty much dead if I'm not doing anything, it's time to go to war against my initial target. Hopefully the reds are too busy fighting on the west of the USA to defend against my main offensive. The canadian west force is mainly there to stop any other offense while cutting every counter-attack from USA and AUS to kick in.
After all, it wasn't our initial goal to help the USA, we should kept a maximum of territories as possible, starting with Chicago. As the capital of the CSA, if we own it, we pretty much are the only one who can negociate a peace annexat... treaty.
I've no idea what's the use of an atomic research, but since we are going from breakthrough to breakthrough, we need to keep our scientists busy. The symbol used for it is really cute too.
Nah, too risky. Canadian's army is actually pretty good right now. A lot of 1936-1937 weapons and a nice experience from the previous war for half of it. Once again, the only good strategy is just going deep on the AUS territory, for two reasons :
- capture the capital ASAP, I don't want it to fall under USA's hands.
- force the AUS army to relocate every single day of the war.
There's only one thing I need to be careful, and it's cutting every access from the USA. Some provinces were lost to them during the CSA-Canada War - still not finished btw, but it's just a question of months now.
USA saved.
Canada - 1937 : The rest of the world
Russia became an Empire. Great, I should try to send some diplomats and have a new ally. Between royalties... French Empire too ? Sa Majesté Impériale Louis Napoleon IV, this kid knows how to look badass. He should have added a suffixe at the end tho.
Pretty sure the belgians were good friends too, isn't it Germany ?
It's mean to take on sleeping opponents, Japan.

It's been a good year !
See you next time.
