As far as I can guess is take daemon's advice. Put the video card in anything that will absorb moisture. Don't mess with the power supply unless you really know what you are doing. Best you get it on, but even then if somethings not right you STILL don't have a computer, and you just burnt your house down! If you have a way to measure power, dry the card out, test to see what's getting power, solder new. Strait replace the power supply to be on the safe end. If was just water ok, but you said sauce and most sauces are more acidic and that will really cause a risk. If just on the external casing then clean it very well and let it dry completely.
