How do you feel about winning two matches in a row?
We played at a new studio today. I think my focus was not as good as it was when I played at YongSan. So we were able to win because all of my teammates did well. I feel proud right now.
How did the new gaming studio feel?
I have yet to adapt to it. The desk and the chair are different than usual. It's going to take time to adapt to this new setting.
You must have felt pressured going up against Flash.
Had I lost and had the team lost when we played SK Telecom last time then I probably would have felt pressured. But since I won and my team won as well, my mind was at peace. Which is why I felt like I would have been fine even if I had lost to KT's ace.
So as of right now, you're not Woongjin's ace?
If I was the ace, I would have been sent out for the ace battle last time. And I would have been sent out last season as well. I still am lacking a lot.
There is a notion that Bifrost is good for Terans and bad for Zergs.
I didn't feel like it was really that bad when I was practicing. The build I used today was a build order that Soulkey recommended and it made the practices very easy.
Overall, how do you feel about the new maps?
The biggest difference between SC1 and SC2 is the xel'naga watch towers. But the new Proleague maps don't really have a lot of watch towers so it's hard to maintain the field of vision.
You've won two matches in a row. Have you gained confidence towards SC2?
I gained confidence once I won today's game. But after I talked with my team afterwards, I found out that my performance was not that great. Thanks to my teammates, my confidence went down again. Honestly, I thought I had the advantage throughout the game but my teammates told me that I was actually playing at a disadvantage because I was behind in upgrades. Of course from my situation, I was far too busy to even notice what Flash's upgrades were.
What are your goals for this season?
Currently, our score is 2-1. I hope that we continue achieve these 2-1 scores. I want to at the very least make sure our team continues to achieve that kind of score. I hope our team does well.
There is a notion that Woongjin starts off strong but lacks the finishing touches,
We always prepare extensively like always but the end result always seems to be the same. And we continue to show the same form we've always been showing so there's nothing else I can say. We are going to have to work really hard if we want to show everyone a different form.
Anything else you would like to say?
Our sponsor, Mekia, created a strategic manual regarding SC2 for our team. I hope the fans will check this manual out, and also hope that some people will even come to pursue SC2 due to the manual. It's also free.

Oh this is interesting, it's cool that the sponsors & players are trying to maintain their livelihood + build the success of sc2. I wonder what the manual is like...

Ahaha, good old teammates, they're always there to look out for you Interesting that he said he was too busy to check on Flash's upgrades, I wonder how common that is among pros.
