I was committed to attacking you a cycle before. As I've explained in Mason QT, I can't change targets after charging up my ability, until I discharge my shot + Show Spoiler +(I describe it as "stacks" in there, but it's the same thing...) ... And you were higher up on my scum suspect list when I applied a first charge (my night action 2 cycles ago).

Anywho, I'm casting my vote for Option C on both actions:
##Slash “C” ##Flea “C"
I'm pretty comfortable with these, and I feel we should take care of this as quickly as possible so we can get back to scumhunting.

I like Acro's idea for taking the sword rather than using Tech Attack. We may need the MP during the second part of the fight.
Don't really have an idea for what would be best for Flea though.

These are both sensible options, for the reasons I just discussed.
##Slash “C” ##Flea “C"
In other words: Attack Slash with tech attack, attack Flea with Frog (Dienosore)

I'll figure my votes out tomorrow. I'm glad the party went through without dying or (so far anyway) taking damage.
The situation with your cycle pms is regrettable hapa. I don't think there's much more to say about that. I guess it would be an easier pill to swallow had you asked the hosts to confirm your cycle 3 pm much much earlier. I don't think the issue needs any more discussion though.
Oats I really would like to know if you got healed. If you did not please pm greymist to confirm your pm is accurate.

I don't know anything about Slash but it looks like the triple tech is the best way to go. The "grab the sword" thing looks tempting so I guess it's a trap I trust you guys regarding the resistance to physical attacks. Moreover, if we have only one MP left, we should better use it.
So, yeah, ##Slash "C"
Regarding Flea, we can suspect a draining ability risk. For example, all players could have their abilities drained if we use the triple tech attack. Or the first player to attack is going to lose his abilities for a given time, or everybody but the first player. Dieno has low HP and I don't want him to go first. If I trust my flavor for my role, I'm not a good fighter so it should be better to send Clarity or Oats first. Robo sounds fine for me.
##Flea "E"

KABOOM. I was a bit worried about frames and unlikely situations where Chronicler was scum. However, it all worked out. Going to read up on the thread.
I took 0 damage.

Why is everyone content to spend the last bit of MP on a tech attack vs Slash? What if we need that MP for the second part of the day (since the first part apparently only lasts 24 hours)?

What I find interesting is that the town is supposed to gain something called the 'Epoch', from Toads role PM.
Is it game related or is this something Greymist has come up with?

I think we can choose in which time to travel on the next cycle when we get the 'Epoch'. We are going to gain it soon, this cycle I guess.

Hurray, we all survived and the false frog has died!
Also, I have good news everyone! Seems like my theories were completely wrong about masamune! I guess since I've lived to this point, it has been magically repaired! How many exclamation points can I use in one paragraph?!
bad news scum balls, Frog's back in town... prepare to get slurped.

I think this is fair. What other option would you propose though? The "grab the sword" thing screams "IT'S A TRAP" to me. Perhaps plain charging in is the best option? Slash's first form (in the game anyway) isn't particularly threatening.

Yah, host-error really hadn't crossed my mind until someone mentioned that I should PM GreYMisT just in case. And well... that's that. As far as whether you can trust me on this or not, that's unfortunately up to you guys and not me. I'd like to think that y'all are reasonable people and can see where I'm coming from.

How many damage did you take ?

why is grabing the sword a bad idea for slash it sounds like he gets better with it?
Can you try that in the actual game?

No you can't do it in-game. You enter the boss-room, fight him for a bit, and then he grabs the sword mid-way through the fight when you do enough damage to him. You do gain the sword after the fight though.
I'm just generally hesitant of actions that seem too good to be true really.
|
Okay, still not caught up, but I don't want to sit passive and continue to waste a player slot while I catch up a little more.
In terms of today's actions:
Slash We know that there are eventS. Therefore, I don't want to use all our MP on the very first one. Better to save it for a later event imo. Based on the game, from what everyone is saying, taking the sword MAY prevent a second portion of the fight, in which Slash is stronger? So my vote would be for A here. Rather we grab for the sword and take it away, assuming his grabbing it ends in a harder event later.
Flea Don't have enough of a read on anyone to choose yet. Looks like whoever we send in first gets negatively affected.

You were healed. Someone felt I was worth protecting, and I was not healed. I dealt more than 75 damage to myself, and I have no idea if anyone attacked me. I am going to be untargetable due to my unlocked ability tonight, assuming I use it (I'm gonna use it, but I have the choice not to). There is a secondary function that I am going to withhold for now. Don't bother doing anything to me tonight, as I am untouchable by ANY targeted ability.
@Hopeless
Can I have your comment on this one ? Who do you think has protected you ?

##Slash: B ##Flea: C
I talked myself into changing my vote for Slash. Charging in seems like a reasonable option considering a possible transformation here, as well as concerns about saving MP. Crude, but it seems like it would be effective.

wouldnt b be the best for slash since it would be multiple physical attacks?
