Stephano, Curious, Roro are top 10 zergs. Sen definitely played like he belonged there as well(although it could mean he ran out of steam eventually). All that means is that Browder is right and the game is evolving. People who think protoss and terran now have it bad need to actually look back to the days of terran dominance to realize what real imbalance is like. Since zerg went "op" 10/24 in top 8 gsl were zerg(8/24 were P). How many zergs were there before? Last 3 seasons? 2/24. Last 10 seasons? 14/80.

I don't think we ever hit 100k concurrent during the whole event, although that can be attributed to the bad time zone when the game was played. Still, in comparison, to TI2 and Riot's S2 Finals...... we're far far behind in terms of these 2 aspects even considering the live audience (the whole arena was definitely not filled) and the tv viewing count. there was also a chinese and korean stream was there not?

Certainly didn't feel like a "global champion" was being crowned. because they were representing themselves, not their country even at the ceremony parting was like "flag? what's this about? oh yeah, I represent korea". Blizz did well, but they didn't do it right.

ive heard they had some national teams in broodwar, the beta and the beginning of sc2.... why not bring national team competition back? in the end korea wins but people would enjoy it a lot just to cheer for their own countries. Doesnt feel so random anymore. even a europe championship would be pretty awesome with sweden vs france and other good countries like russia, ukraine, spain, england, germany. i think you could have at least 8 good teams for a tournament..

You need different tournament for that. WCS could have been all for national competition but the continental qualifiers destroyed that option. WCG could introduce national team competition - that would be cool. Of course the cost of flying all these people would be quite high

A majority of the toss win are due to some sort of all-in. The majority of the win that doesnt involve all-in are the wins that the zerg were too afraid of the all-in and didnt drone so toss make big ball and run him over. It kind of coin flip. It also been said that immortal allin was really powerful but the fact that toss HAS to do the immorta allin every game to ensure a win is kind of disheartening. It also hard to scout it out

I hate it when people say things like "terran was OP at the start" While that may be somewhat true you have to agree that not many people actually knew how to play the game then. If you were able to go back in time with the experience players have now it would look a whole lot different IMO.
