That actually sounds pretty cool. IN a nix vs nix situation it is highly unlikely that he will have a robo up at that point. Only downside i can see if you lose about 1 nix for the cost of the halu upgrade but if you can micro it right i think you can overcome that.

Sen held the soul push in game 1. He did it with a quick 1-1 lings targetting sentries and a bit of luck. It's a very even game now at around 18:00. I'd give Parting the edge.

Didnt see any phoenixes but Sen held immortal + sentry mostly with upgraded lings.
