ready you obviously have no idea how casy's brilliant move affected that game so please shut up and play more zvt . Thank you for your co-operation.

If midas' goal was to get into next SL, he shouldnt have picked savior. But if his goal was to win the whole thing, picking savior was the correct choice, in order to get him in a bo3 instead of a bo5.
Sure it's nice to have a guarenteed spot in next SL, but no one gives a damn about who finishes top 4 in a SL unless you win (or you fail to win repeatedly and pple remember you for your shortcomings)

Man, you really have to download the VOD and watch carefully to see how it was done. There was a damned good reason for July to have done what he did, and it wasn't to let people like you call him a noob.

Okay retard, how many times do people have to explain it? July saw the scvs mining at expo and thought he FE so in his mind there was no need for sunkens. Zergs dont mindlessly put up sunkens if they're not needed, it's called money control. He was tricked, thats all. If he never saw those scvs he would of put them up.

Everyone knew those two were basically a notch above everyone else in the Starleague, yet Midas pissed on the fans by choosing to face Savior at the beginning and middle of the Starleague, instead of, y'know, in the finals. It was like he knew he couldn't beat Savior in a all-at-once Bo5, so he decided that the best course of action was to try to knock him out before the pressure really kicked in. So, good players have to pansy-pick rookies to please the fans and reduce a risk of having two favorites face each other too early? If it's not ro16 it's gonna be ro8 anyway. The chance for all the 3-4 favourites to all get to semis is extremely low. Also savior asked midas personally not to pick him.

Someone with 0 starleague wins and a history of losing pressure matches picks probably the most cerebral and clutch player right now? midas isn't trying to one-shot win-or-nothing, he's never even made the finals. he should be happy with gaining a seed to the next one, which he probably would've done if he didn't pick savior.
So, because he didn't win a starleague, he should give up the idea of ever pulling it off? I mean, it's pretty obvious Midas wanted a starleague win. That pick was to make sure he had what it took. I'm positive he prefers losing now than choking once again during semis or worse, during the final.
if i was a midas fan i'd be so mad at him for fucking his chances for an easy berth into the next starleague. this is what happens when choke players pick champions in the ro16.
Do you seriously think his mind should be like "oh well I'm a choker anyway I should pick rookies and then see if I can get somehow lucky during the semis"? When you lack confidence the worst way of getting things better is to avoid getting in a choke-friendly situation again.

LOL serious grow a fucking brain please and stop posting before you understand why Casy's move was so pimped and please remind yourself that you're watching a StarCraft game, not Super Mario.

plus it was dumb of midas to pick him knowing Longinus II wasn't in the bo3 map schedule

Yeah but before ro24, not before ro16.

I thank casy for making me a bit happier after the devastating midas loss.
Going to sleep now. OctoPuSs: I concede defeat, along with my anus.

I'm done explaining, hopefully the guy will trip on himself and crack his skull. Goodnight
