Here is now the follow up TIG article:
Source: This Is Game
The article basically states that the NSH roster took a major hit and that they are on the road to reforming and restarting. For those of you who do not know, here are the major events that have occured:
NSH's Roster a few months ago:
Sage
Seal
Sculp
San
Sia
Shuttle
Sting
Freaky
Flower
Fairy
jjakji
Tassadar
Brave
SalvatioN
But then this happened:
- Sage left NSH and joined Alt-Tab Gaming
- San left to join a foreign team
- Sia left to join a foreign team
- Shuttle left NSH and then joined Team Legion. (Which was so good for us huehuehue)
- Sting left NSH
- Freaky had to quit SC2 for medical reasons. THIS was the biggest revelation from this article. Up till now, no one knew why Freaky quit SC2 all of a sudden. Xeris stated in that previous thread up there that I linked that Freaky quit. But no one knew the underlying source. This article explains that Freaky was hospitalized for treatment, and that his condition was so bad that it had the potential to end his career. NSH had no choice but to let him go so that he could get treated.
- Flower left NSH
- Fairy left NSH
So in the end, here was the end result of NSH's roster:
Seal
Sculp
jjakji
Tassadar
Brave
SalvatioN
So the article explains that NSH lost so many players that they decided for the first time ever, to hold auditions so they they could recruit new players. The article also states that NSH will be using GSTL and GSL to test out these new players (including Brave and SalvatioN) so that they can become good well known players. Basically, for the time being, don't expect NSH to dominate anything. They are on a recovery stage.
